We chose this hotel because we have stayed in van der valk hotels before and have been really happy. I have allergy issues which makes the typical French breakfast unsuitable but the van der valk provide a full English breakfast in addition to a very varied continental selection which is rare in Paris . The hotel is near CDG airport which means from central Paris you need to take the B train to park des expositions and then jump on a bus (39, 350) and ask for Park de Nations which is the stop right outside the hotel. Once at the hotel it’s like an oasis of peace after the bustle of Paris.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks especially to Hena at the front desk she greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly and professional, but Hena truly stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Special thanks to Hena and the entire staff for making our stay so memorable we look forward to returning!

We stayed at Van der Valk Hotel on the final night of a two-week vacation in France. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to CDG Airport, its comparatively low price, and its airport shuttle service. The room was large, clean, and well-equipped. Although the hotel is directly below the flight path of a CDG runway, our room was amazingly quiet. (Excellent soundproofing!) The staff at the front desk were courteous and extremely helpful. When we realized that our early-morning flight would require us to depart for the airport prior to the start of breakfast, the staff arranged for us to receive boxed breakfast meals at check-out--at no additional cost. Much appreciated!

The hotel advertises its airport shuttle service, and the availability of this service was a major factor in our choice of this hotel. But we were very disappointed to learn that the hotel shuttle only serves Terminal 2 of CDG Airport--and our flight was departing from Terminal 1. Thus, if we used the hotel shuttle, we would then need to catch an airport shuttle to get from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. This would have been too time-consuming, so we took a taxi instead--and incurred an unexpected expense.

We stayed one night at The Atrium Hotel & Conference Centre Paris CDG Airport by Penta, as we needed a convenient location for our flight the next day. The experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, even suggesting we take advantage of our time to visit Paris for the day, which added a delightful touch to our brief stay. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a major convenience—fast, efficient, and only a 5-minute ride. For anyone needing easy access to CDG airport with a touch of great hospitality, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Despite of the bathroom is a bit oldfashion, the room is confortable, specially the bed. They also give a bottle of water for each person and that is kind. It is really close to the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre. 10 minutes by car.

The restaurant is overpriced. The price of the buffet is crazyly increased just because it is a weekend day from 36-54€. And a meal a la cart with 2 pasta dishes, sparkling water and an Apperol costed us 60€! There is no other restaurant options nearby the hotel. So, it is important to consider that cost. Another thing that bothered me is that the taxi I payed to go from the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre to the hotel costed us 13 euros. But the one I asked to the hotel order to us to take us to the Exhibition Centre applied a fixed price of 35€ and neither the hotel or the taxi told us about that. That was really bad. The feeling was like a scam.

The breakfast was spectacular. Front desk was pleasant and very helpful as well as the transportation to the airport. Hotel was clean and smelled pleasant. Thank you so much.

The room assigned to us had a problem with the A/C. I woke up at midnight due to the warmth in the room. Contacted the front desk and they mentioned that they would call back in 30 min. I received the call and they did something on their end to turn A/C back on in our room. Everything else was fine.

All good. Shuttle was very good and frequent.

1. LIFT Pulling trolly/heavy suitcases over so thick rugs were killing, especially because the hotel lift is at one far end only. In international travel, each suitcase is 23-30kgs and I had 3 of those. My room was on the extreme other end opposite to the lift. So, it was a big big torture to pull the luggages to that far. 2. Behaviour of the manager at breakfast section Although I didnt have any intercation/counter with that guy. But I saw, people had left without having breakfast after having a fight with that guy. The guests had a flight to catch at early morning. They approached for breakfast at 6:29 and the manager behaved so so rudely that the guest with elderly parents left without having food. Others too had ugly fights with that guy.

Full amount for stay was taken out of my credit card account upon checkin apparently for "Hold" Bed (mattress) was not comfortable No extra toilet roll (which is quite small) in bathroom On arrival had to wait one hour for shuttle pickup at airport. Taxi drivers at airport do not like to take you to hotel due to short distance.

Super great location for the price point, great shuttle service, easy directions and navigation in the airport, the SUPER GREAT breakfast - we love this a LOT, nice and helpful staff!!!! They got us as permanent customers just because of that, so now everytime we flight to/from CDG we always will stay with them!!!

There is nothing to complain about honestly, except probably that no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, I think the management might add this in the future which will attract more customers for sure. There is no soap, they offer just a liquid body wash. Also, there were some falling apart paper holders in the toilet and a broken wall angle - these are not a big deal at all. In general everything was fine, you can leave with that!

Breakfast was great, a variety of hot and cold options, fruit, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes etc. provided as early as 630am.

The gap in schedule for shuttle support from the airport is a bit long. I arrived at 1450 but had to find my own way to the hotel. When I left I had to wait till 5pm in order to take the shuttle to the airport.
