It was a convenient location for us as we had to visits Disneyland with kids for 2 days and wanted to go to the city centre for 2 days and also wanted a space away from the city centre as we were driving a rental car. Special mention to Sophie who was extremely helpful and cordial - Thanks for the lovely hospitality

The ironing facility is a bit inconvenient and you need to take the clothes to another room and iron it - You don’t get a iron in your room

The room was ample and comfortable. We enjoyed bathing at the hot tub after a very tiring day. The restaurant had little choices, but all of what we chose was very good to our taste. Overall, the hotel is among the cheapest we could find in France, and I'm sure it is more than recommendable for people looking for entertainment in this direction of Paris (i.e. those traveling to Disney France or Asterix Park)

We expected the hotel to have the shuttle service included, it was a bit of a putoff to pay €5 per person to get to the airport.

The property was very clean with a comfortable bed. The food was good. I chose it partly because it had a shuttle to the CDG airport and parking.

The shuttle only made a drop at terminal B so I had to walk to terminal E with all my luggage. I was told it would be a 5 to 6 minute walk but it was more like a 25-30 minute walk (over 5,000 steps). Also, our room was not cool and didn’t cool down even when we tried adjusting the thermostat.

1. May be people at reception should be more polite and not show their stress on already stressed guests. Everyone has bad days may be little more patience can help. 2. booking.com did not mention anything about "Security Deposit" but on arrival hotel asked us to pay the security deposit which was strange.

Lovely spacious studio unit with a huge mobile desk/dinning table and extra sofa bed. Nice big bathroom with bath & shower with separate toilet. Very comfy bed & pillows. If you’re looking for an airport hotel with a mid range price this one is great and close to bus & then train transport into the city.

The kitchenette only has a microwave, no hobs for cooking or plates, cutlery or cups. Only good for heating pre-made meals but there is a nice reasonable priced restaurant downstairs. There is a coffee machine & jug but only paper cups and there was no milk or coffee whitener.

Originally went to the wrong property - Novotel that is located in the airport. It was late when I arrived and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging transportation for me to their sister property. Big stress reliever when arriving late. Staff at my hotel was great as well. They helped me set up transportation back to CDG for my flight the following morning as well as directed me to where I could grab a late night meal which was super convenient and actually pretty good!

A heads up during booking that there are two Novotels would be super helpful to someone not familiar with Paris CDG airport. Also the air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. I would imagine if I had needed to sleep with it running it would have been hard to get to sleep over the noisy unit. Luckily the room was cool enough to sleep without it.

I liked the early check-in option even though it was for an extra fee, but it is good that it there as an option. I also liked the room price for the 4 of my family.

I arrived outside of shuttle bus hours, so it was a little tiring to go find and buy the right tickets for the transportation bus especially after a long flight. So it will great to extend hotel shuttle bus hours.

1) Very clean and tidy. 2) There was a microwave oven, and that was very useful.

1) Some normal cups, plates and spoons should be provided, also needed for warming food in the microwave. Paper cups were not very useful. 2) The money was paid in advance, still the receptionist asked my credit card no. This was unpleasant. 3) The pick-up point at the airport was not very convenient. 4) The breakfast should have more choices.

I love the room layout, the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have the toilet and bathroom separate as well. The towels were also very clean and big.

The bathroom had a light that went out often, and some of the other lamps flickered sometimes. Overall the lighting in the room was not very bright and also confusing to control. Also there wasn't enough tea for the number of people we booked the room for.

We like the location as it was close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The breafast buffet was amazing. And we really enjoyed our suite.

With the name brand as Novotel you would think their shuttle will operate throughout the day.. we didn't know that we had to book the shuttle to pick us up from the Airport as they only operate after 4:30pm.we arrived at 11am.
