Overall the staff was good . I will point out that the room only came with 2 pillow for the bed which left me with a neck ache . The floors doesn’t have an ice machine so I had to keep running back and forth downstairs. The Restaurant food wasn’t to good and don’t have a lot of choices to choose from . My husband and I are picky eaters and I ordered the salmon which wasn’t cooked the way we would cook our salmon here in the states . It taste like it was raw salmon that was warmed up . My Husband couldn’t decide what to get because it was little to choose from so he asked could he get the chicken nuggets which was on the kids meal and at first they wouldn’t but after speaking to the manager she allowed us to order them . I do appreciate her accommodating us after I explained that he didn’t eat anything on the menu so he shouldn’t be forced to buy food that he doesn’t eat and that they should do better when choosing what to put on the menu . Overall it was clean the staff was nice and I’m glad we are back in the states .

We used this hotel as the first spot to recuperate after an international flight from the USA, prior to taking another flight within Europe the following day. It is perfect for that purpose. Staff speak English, restaurant on site, comfortable and quiet-enough room to allow a good nap & recovery evening. Restaurant food was quite good. Breakfast buffet the next morning is a little pricey but generally speaking, worth it in terms of food presented and convenience.

The bed was a little firm for our tastes, but that is just a personal preference. I'm sure it would be fine for those who enjoy a firmer bed.

The staff was nice, the room was good, breakfast was good and the bed was amazing!

The tv remote didn't work even though i went to the lobby to get new batteries. But the only thing that bothered us was the air conditioning. It had to be turned on and even though it was on the coolest and the weather wasnt that warm, it was tropical in our room. Sure, we are from Iceland and like to sleep in the cold, but this was too warm and moist air for everyone. But we didnt complain as we were just there for one night, maybe there was a quick fix possible. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and lots of fresh, delicious options. We were very grateful to have to option to have our pets stay with us there. We were taking our cats from US to Scotland to live, via France, and this was a stop over point to rest before driving 20 hours the next day. Thank you for providing a good place to stay for us

I feel that for the price of the room we should at least have complimentary coffee in the room. It was disappointing that I found I'd have to go all the way downstairs and purchase coffee pods. If I have to get dressed and do that, I'll just come down for breakfast. I bought a bottle of wine to enjoy in our room and then had a difficult time obtaining a bottle opener from the staff at the desk..I would have thought if you're going to sell wine, at least offer an opener as well. It was his wine though and we did enjoy it when we got it open ;)

Near to the airport and shuttle bus service was convenient for my flight. Clean and comfortable room. Coffee machine in the room. Very nice and helpful reception desk.

I paid for the breakfast at the reception but when I entered the restaurant breakfast was almost put away coz the time of serving was finished. I didn’t understand why they sold me breakfast option then at the reception if they know finishing time of breakfast service. So I paid and got nothing just few eggs left and coffee. Also I planned to have dinner but the restaurant gave everyone a box of prepared meal (lasagna, salad and a piece of cake and bun), I didn’t like that option and I had to order Uber eats.

Excellent location, next to the metro, both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe can be seen from my room window, just amazing! Photo below is from the window in my room, you can see Eiffel tower Breakfast is with the view to the Eiffel tower as well, it is true. Walking distance to the Grande Arc in la Defense, very nice walking area.

Was expensive, both hotel and the restaurant/room service food.

There was much confusion with the booking and the second party in our group was refused breakfast. Also, almost missed our flight because of a problem with shuttle booking. But it worked out.

Staff performance was very inconsistent and confused. It worked out that we got our shuttle to the airport, but just by a hair. I'd probably stay somewhere else next time.

Hotel its new clean, restaurant have a good dishes. Price was good.

There is no toilet brush, cleaners forgot to leave us water after first day we had to remind them, Restaurant it's not working with good time, you cant buy water in the morning (because working after 15:00h) Big cues for the reception, there is a fast CO, but noone using it. A lot of pilots and stewardess are staying there and constantly there are 20-30 people waiting to checkin-out. Breakfast was 25 eur per person, plus kids included (9 y.o) so a bit expensive for 75 eur per family for few slices of bread and some dinner leftovers ;)

It’s big, the structure is modern, the deco is very contemporary. Food was nice. Rooms were clean. The lobby was grand and modern. The hallways were of 5 star hotel standard. The staff were polite and helpful.

There was dust on the light fittings and curtains in the main lobby which was surprising. The toilet flush was faulty. The motorway facing window wasn’t air tight and hence wasn’t soundproof. The housekeeper replaced 4x bath towels with only 2x the second day of the stay.

breakfast was nice as always, however, due to many guests, cutlery and plates were often finished and long waiting time for the coffee machine. miss the salmon they used to have. the restaurant used to offer buffet for dinner, unfortunately they quit with that, now it's only a la carte + a daily menu; quite limited in choice and no choice in vegetables.
