The public transport is very useful and the hotel is a walking distance from a shopping mall. The staff was kind and ready to provide any additional items we needed even in middle of the night. There's a microwave in the lobby

No kettle in the room. The room is quite small, but it's comfortable. No AC, but the window opens! There was no identified staff (in uniform) working, so it was difficult to know who was the staff and who was not. One evening a strange man was creeping in the lobby and addressing girls and there were no staff on site...

I stayed 1 night for layover, and it's only 10 minute shuttle from the airport. Check in was friendly and efficient. Basic room, but it was all I required. The bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast served from 05h30 a huge plus.

Noise from airport and freeway is quite loud when window is open, but it's expected. Closed, it cancels the noise almost completely. Quick meal from vending machine could use more choices please.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast! Small rooms, but with incredible soundproofing! Airplanes are low flying over the hotel non-stop, but when you close the window, you sleep like a baby! Nice and clean hotel, easy to find.

This is not in any means the hotel's fault, but the city of Paris. The only connection this place has these days with the city center is couple of buses. The trains are currently off. And the bus doesn't stop if you don't wave to the driver, although you are only one on the station and clearly waiting for the bus. Also, you can't buy bus ticket at the hotel, or anywhere nearby. Just a nuisance if you want to reach the center while staying at the hotel.

Great room a little noisy at time due to the hard flooring echoing but all in all a perfect place to stay especially if you have a flight to catch from cdg. The airport shuttle needs to be booked separately and reception staff are a great help with a friendly service who'll provide a qr code to do this online but runs on a schedule based on places so earlier the better. Would definitely visit again for an overnight stay.

There is some noise from the hallways and a bit out of the way from the airport but not the end of the world.

It was a great welcome in the night 10:40pm by the lady at the reception. She is a very great professional and personally also a good human being. Such patience , kindness and respect I have not experienced during my travel in Europe from any Hotel staff. 100/100 for ibis having her at this facility. I was welcomed and explained and helped clearly by the lady. Very comfortable night and a great day to leave to airport.

Really good price for anyone looking for a trip to Paris. Outside of central Paris but with two bus stations right next to it (2mins -4mins walk which we used everyday). A short bus ride to gare des expositions then takes you wherever you want to go. Super friendly staff, clean room everyday and a very decent breakfast for the price paid. Hair driers can be borrowed (which we took at night and gave in the morning) and refillable water machine available to use daily (which saved us 🤣). Just not many things around without a bus but bus station is very accessible and easy to use with a navigo weekly pass. Wi-Fi also included at no extra cost with very good signal. Digital machine also available for those who which for takeaways in different languages. Walls were also soundproofed which made our stay even better.

Very Clean, big shower, lots of outlets! Friendly staff and the breakfast has everything that you could need. You can eat dinner at the hotel next door and they have really good food. Great price. Great for one night before or after a flight.

It's actually kinda far from anything else so you do actually have to take the shuttle or an uber. The room is very small so definitely not for long term stay. We stored suitcases flat under the bed but had to take turns getting stuff out of them.

The help from the person on early morning reception on October 7 re shuttle service. There has to be better shuttle service vis a vis booking. I made three attempts to book online. Fortunately reception at IBIS helped me. I got on the bus the day I left and there were two other people from hotels in the area who had been unable to book online.

Info on the shuttle is poor. Couldn't find the pick-up location at the airport and had to catch the local bus (which is cheaper). And even though I specifically asked if they were going to Terminal 3, they only drop you at the Terminal 1/3 train station, and you have to walk from there. Small desk only has a plastic stool, which soon becomes uncomfortable. Breakfast is not up to the usual Ibis quality. Signage is poor, and Googke maps will take you to B&B.

Nearby this Ibis on Rue de Belle Etoile is public bus 39. For 2,50 euros, bus goes to CDG airport. And in the other direction is an abundance if walkable villages, train station, restaurants, hotels. A walkable affordable alternative.

CDG airport is so badly managed. Hateful logistics. Arbitrary pricing, angry Air France employees who pick fights. CDG Left luggage folks are crooks. Food is stale crap. A day in Paris? Forget it.
