recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with some of the facilities and the staff's behavior. Although the hotel has a fridge and a kitchen, guests are not allowed to use the kitchen utensils or even store food in the fridge. One night, when I requested to put some food in the fridge, the staff responded very rudely, which was quite upsetting. It would be helpful if the hotel made these restrictions clear at the time of booking and improved their customer service. Otherwise, the hotel's location, cleanliness, and other services were very good and appreciated.

Hotel was clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. We were in paris for a concert. Hotel is a short drive to Stade de France and had a few nice cafes and bars around. Bathroom was very clean and basic toiletries were provided as well as clean bath and hand towels. Bed was comfortable and bed linen was fresh and clean. Air-conditioning worked perfectly and was not loud.

Room was quite small and very little closet space. We only stayed for 1 night so we did not have large bags etc. If you do, it may be an issue (space wise)

The building, as well as Mario and Mohamed, were friendly and helpful. We stayed with breakfast included. Breakfast was simple, as expected. The room was larger than what we’re used to at Premiere Classe, making this hotel overall better than the other Premiere Classe locations we’ve stayed at.

Our room (connected by a door) was very dirty — I had to clean parts (doors and bedframes etc.) myself, and housekeeping was needed. The pillows were very small, and the towels were thin.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a big parking lot and they even reserved it for us until we arrived late in the evening just right in front of the entrance. The room was ok, but a little noisy on the side of the street. We could change the room for a room on the quieter side (to the parking) and that was just awesome! Clean, air conditioning, comfy beds, private bathroom. All in all a nice, not too expensive hotel with a good connection to Paris (27 minutes with RER until Tour Eiffel). We can recommend a stay there.

Mario was great the receptionist helpful ,polite ,professional simply great !! Good fresh breakfast !!! I did love the shower !!hot strong power water coming out !!nice shower .

One receptionist asked me for my room number morning time while I was going to have breakfast I told the number of the room that he should already know plus he asked me did you have paid the breakfast?I find this rude !!of course I did pay for it ! I think receptionist should talk and exchange guests staying by notes or whatspp or whatever as long as they communicate before saying stupidity. The Room was a bit dirty and plenty of dust !! Hairs around the bed from previous people stayed.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was very reasonably priced and had a supermarket with a self-service petrol station very close by which was really handy. Great location for transport links. The free car parking was a real bonus.

The rooms and corridors were quite dark. It was very dated and in need of a freshen up. Paint work wasn't great. There was no safe in the rooms to keep valuables, passports, etc. It also would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make drinks.

We had 4 day’s pleasant and comfortable stay, staffs were very help-full, especially Leida and Gaelle. Hotel provided free additional 2 hours of stay as our flight was in evening, Room is adequate in size , clean and neat, good warm, Excellent public transportation facilities, We always highly recommend to stay in this hotel

Need to add some additional menu for breakfast eg eggs, sausage, Try to bring additional plugs, for mob charging their plugs is totally different from Asia and uk

Location is not far from train to get to the city centre of Paris directly in around 30 minutes. Taxi is also possible in the late evening/at night. Room was clean, as on photos according to the type of reservation. Not too many space, but we were only sleeping there as it was intense Paris visit. Breakfast is available but we didn’t try. Good for several nights.

I have stayed here previously, when the price was much lower. I can only assume the price increase was due to the time of year (summer) and the fact that the Olympics were taking place.

I stayed at another Premiere Classe hotel, elsewhere in France, where the breakfast was much better....more choice. Perhaps a couple of other items could be added, please, and the stock kept up as one morning there was only one croissant available, and no bread.

It is a cheap hotel, I knew what I chose, ideal for cheap travelling, personnel is nice and kind. There is a G20 24 hr shop in 200 m and a nice little market with all necessary shops and bulangeries a few hundred meters far.

The location is in zone 3, chose it because it is close to RER C station. Unfortunately this is not really working, after 22:00 it is practically not running, Les Courtilles metro station on M13is close however (less than 20 mins walk) but tram is also not reliable, The windows are not really insulated and it is located at a roundabout that is quite busy in the early hours (rooms facing the other side might be much lucky). Further disadvantage was that there was no possibility of getting hot water after breakfast.
