There was lots to love about the hotel. All areas and towels/bedding were spotlessly clean. All staff were perfect (not something I often encounter)! Friendly, helpful, capable and smiley. They are a massive asset to the hotel. The beds were comfortable. The two sets of windows kept the room very quiet. The small fridge and tea making facilities were appreciated. Decor was stylish and well maintained. Breakfast was extensive, fresh and yummy.

The hotel was at the top of our budget so I'm possibly being a little harsh but... there was only one hook on the back of the bathroom door and no towel rail to hang or dry towels. We were 3 adults staying in a triple room and it was a little cramped. The shower screen was at the end of the bath away from the shower head, strange. The bath could not be used as a bath (no plug) and was a little difficult to get in and out of due to the shower screen and the bath being particularly deep. A grab handle would have been appreciated. Only one bedside table (it was actually the fridge). Very noisy when the windows were open. None of these are big issues and some are outside of the hotels responsibilities. Just niggles. It is a very good hotel!

Located in the heart of Arc de Triomphe, surrounded by brasserie, convenient stores, multi éthique restaurants. Clean, beautiful decor, confortable and quiet rooms. We stayed one week at this Hotel and every day we were welcomed with fresh breakfast and a variety of fresh baked goods. Mina, one of the managers, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even surprised me with a happy birthday song and a candle on a muffin on my birthday. Would definitely recommend and go back!

Extremely thankful that we found this hotel. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Used a Bolt taxi from CDG airport which cost €36. We travelled as a family of 3 with our 7 year old daughter. Rooms were much better than expected. Very good shower, and bath was useful for young daughter. Breakfast very good and included in price. 5 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomph and 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed 1 night before travelling to Disneyland. I'm grateful that the hotel could rectify a mistake I made whilst booking, as I stupidly booked for that day rather than the date of our trip. Having sent an email to the hotel when I realised our mistake, the hotel phoned me and offered the original date I wanted to book. We felt safe in this hotel and area and would stay again. We thought the room was large enough for the 3 of us and the beds were comfortable.

A small, charming hotel nested in a quiet street off the Avenue Victor Hugo, very near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom small but functional. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast varied, tasty and worth the price. Free wifi. Oh, there is a tiny but very useful lift

I had a room on the second floor and there was a noise like a ventilator from somewhere, perhaps the roof? It started in the afternoon and went on late into the night. Very bothersome

Love the breakfast in this hotel. Though you have to be early so it doesn't get crowded. I like the size of the room, it's a good size for Paris. I also love the location, it's quite near Champs Elysses. Maybe a five-minute walk or less depends on how fast you walk.

Hmm, US President Biden was on an official visit to Paris during our stay so they closed all the main thoroughfares or at least the ones near Champs Elysees and so the car we were in couldn't get to the front of our hotel, not until later that day to check in and bring in our luggage. It's not the hotel's fault though.

The moment we set foot in the property, we felt like home. Staff were so welcoming , friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. We had a change of rooms due to a small sized bathroom, staff handled and looked after the matter with urgency and efficiency. Massive shout outs to Sania (reception) and Monia (kitchen) who looked after us well. Accommodated us well. All staff members were lovely.

Location was excellent! Room was good size, though bathroom was tiny. Delightful and very welcoming staff, had great experiences with them. Really good food near by, and walking distance to lots of big Paris tourist attractions. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom was extremely small, it was hard to fit in the shower. Shower also leaked through the seal. Pillows were also very small and lumpy/uncomfortable. Toilet was very close to the wall and very cramped, difficult to reach behind yourself to access the toilet paper roll too. Poor ventilation in the bathroom.

What we liked most was the location, which we had chosen for a specific reason. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is surprisingly plentiful, with more choices than one usually has at 3-star hotels in Paris.

Although the bathroom is quite elegantly done (and evidently recently updated), the shower is inevitably small due to space constraints. Let's just say that a person in excess of 200 lbs might have difficulty in the shower. (Of course, some rooms may have larger showers.)

1. Location: It's near the subway and some Paris landmarks are within walking distance. The Grocery below the Hotel is a big plus. 2. Breakfast: Good food with helpful staff. (Especially the lady who makes coffee for me before I go to the airport to catch an early morning flight.)

I just wish they had a comfortable pillow and my stay was longer.

The staff is friendly and do their best. Location is right by the Arc du Trymph. Two mini markets very close, which it can be handy if travelling wirh kids.

The window of room 204 was not closing properly, or the seal needs to be replace, therefore you could hear the street noise and a little bit of cold was getting in. The shower was very tiny, and I'm 5.1"😁 and the toilette right by the wall....You better be a size 4 or 6 for this bathroom
