I had a very happy and pleasant stay at this friendly hotel in Paris. The reception team made check-in easy and smooth, and they were always kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very big, extremely clean, and felt so comfortable and welcoming—it truly felt like being at home. I also want to thank both the reception staff and the doorman for always being so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Thomas, who went above and beyond: we accidentally left behind some of our expensive belongings on our way to the airport, and he helped us get them back quickly & send it to our home country . We are so grateful for his support! Overall, everything was excellent—super clean rooms, warm hospitality, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing

The staff in reception were amazing . The family room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast room was small but perfectly ok for Paris .

The only draw back was the cleaning services . Whilst the room was immaculately clean when we received it on the day , the next time the rubbish were not picked up not hoovered properly and above all the coffee cups and plates were not replaced . In the evening only the towels were changed but the room service plates and other rubbish were not picked up

Everything was very good. The staff friendly and helpful, room was clean and beautiful. The city and all its beauty are very close to the hotel. We liked the hotel and our staying very much. Thank you!

Smaller things like we had to ask to bring hair conditioning and the room maid could not understand to leave when we came after swimming pool to take a shower in our room.

Very well located, close to the Arc de triomphe, metro station is close by, restaurants and shops all available and great service from the staff

Small lift, but it wasn’t busy. Wished the food menu was child - friendly and unfortunately, the spa and pool area were closed, and we were hoping to use it and travelled with all the necessary gear

Great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel is very clean with valet parking facilities. Spa and swimming pool are very nice.

No Christmas decoration. They said they had a small delay but it was coming. Room for breakfast is not very large.

I loved our suite, spacious with beautiful decorations. They welcomed us with delicious treats and wine. Janick, the concierge helped us with all we needed, he made reservations for our transportation and tours around the city, and we couldn't be more satisfied with his recommendations. My kids enjoyed the pool and the gym while I walked around Eliseus Champs to shop in the world-famous boutiques.

Some of the furniture is old, but it wasn't an issue for us; I just wanted to let you know.

Amazing hotel, phenomenal spa and super helpful on front desk.

Impossible to get served in the bar - poor service - almost ignored. Limited food menu - if after a busy day you just want food in the hotel - great if you eat salmon - but for everyone else - you need to go out.

I loved the location the size of the room was superb An extra was the toilet that had a washer The size was very good and I had a balcony which is a bonus Overall I loved the hotel

The lobby is not that big

Would have expected water bottles in room to be refilled every day. An evening snack after cleaning etc. could also have been nice. Like the first evening. Hamam/steam rooms were also closed for renovation, which I was not notified about on email prior arrival.
