The hotel was in a great location. It also had nearby restaurants, entertainment, and sightseeing. The rooms were small but everything was well positioned making it spacious. The open windows in room were also great! Front desk clerks were helpful throughout our stay. Restaurants nearby made it even more delightful such as Le Speak Easy and the Marceau. Wish we could upload videos but only pictures option. See the city through our eyes.

The “security” man was rude upon our entrance into hotel to check-in during the evening. Imagine after a long flight coming to visit a country and being approached like you weren’t paying your money to stay there. It definitely was not a warm welcome. He also was following us/watching us like a hawk in the small rooms (lounge sitting area and room for breakfast) throughout the already small lobby.

Hotel Bassano is a stylish, clean, modern hotel in a fantastic location close to Champ Elysee and Eiffel Tower. Our room had a foyer, bedroom and bathroom which gave us plenty of room. While we did not have a nice view, the room was very quiet and comfortable to sleep in. The L Occitance bath products, bathrobes, slippers, and bottled water were an extra special treat. The delicious breakfast offered eggs, meat, cheeses, yogurt, breads, fruits, quiche, sweet bread and pastries. The coffee machine allowed you to make many different types of coffee. The hotel, room and breakfast room were extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this small hotel were really excellent and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. From the welcoming greeting from Jazz to the effort Madeleine put into helping us contact our Embassy, we so appreciated the staff support. The breakfast was also very good, with a good choice of items and Surath, who helped with breakfast was also kind enough to put our suitcases in the taxi for us. We couldn't commend all the staff more. We liked being able to open windows in our 3rd floor room and look out over the Parisian streets below. The hotel is situated a couple of blocks from the Champs Elysees and a little further to the Arc de Triomphe. There are a number of restaurants very closeby and a mini supermarket around the block. Due to injury, we used Ubers to get around this time, but there were closeby buses we saw also. We enjoyed the bath and separate shower in the bathroom and although it was a little strange and somewhat cramped, the toilet off the bedroom in a separate enclosure made us realise that we weren't at home. Our king sized bed was comfortable.

We really have no complaints about our one week stay. The elevator was small - 2 person max. but it didn't cause us any problems.

Property is a gorgeous boutique hotel in a quiet location but just a short stroll to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. There are stunning cafes and restaurants near by and the Eiffel Tower is also within walking distance. The reception team were very welcoming and staff very friendly. Breakfast is served in a small dining room, this had plenty of continental choice along with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, we ate breakfast here twice. Our room was very clean and also cleaned daily including fresh towels, the only small down side was a lack of mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready. There is a small one in the wardrobe but with no ample lighting to get ready in. Other than this small little recommendation, the hotel was AMAZING and I would love to stay again next time I travel to Paris! It was my first visit to the City but won’t be my last.

An extra mirror in the bedroom would be lovely!

The most polite staff ever (specially Jazz at the reception!)! Excellent position, all the most importaint tourist sites are in walking distance. Breakfast was very various, and offered fresh products from the area. The hotel provides complementary coffee, tea and water, even to go. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are well equiped with everything you might need. The beds are very comfortable. On our departure date, since we left early, they provided us breakfast to go at our choice.

There is no mini bar or refrigerator in the room.

This was our second time staying here. The property is centrally located whilst still being quiet. The staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, efficient and very kind. We travelled with our one year old and they ensured we had a cot and a high chair/booster seat for breakfast time. They also let us bring the booster seat out with us as some restaurants do not have them which was fantastic. Overall our stay was amazing. Breakfast is great! It is clean and the rooms are great sized.

There was nothing we did not like.

The hotel is really nice! Located in a quiet street in 6min to the Champ Elysees, 25min from La Tour Eiffel. Room was quite large for Paris standarts, we lived on the 6th floor. Special thanks for the l'occitane cosmetics like a shampoo, a body lotion etc. There was a pot and coffee/tea. Cleaning was top, done every day of a high quality. Breakfast: not a big choice, but everything was fresh and tasty: scramble, fried sousages and bacon, different kinds of french cheese and ham, vegs, lots of fruites, nuts, muesly, traditional sweet and salted pastry. Coffee was good) So we enjoyed it! Special thanks to the receprion lady (sorry, I dont know her name), she was so sweet to help us with any our question. Other advantages: on the ground floor there is a coffee machine and all the staff for tea/coffee which is gratis all the day.

a separated toilet room which is very little. Windows in the room couldnt be opened (we lived on the mansarda 6th floor)

Nice toiletries, good shower pressure, decent sized room for Paris more spacious than I thought it would be. The staff at reception were very friendly, offered an umbrella to use and just generally chatty and smiley. Nice to have the Nespresso machine in the lobby. There are shops near by to pick up water, snacks, breakfast. And 10 min walk to subway, and river/ eiffel tower views

The room was hot at night and you can't adjust the temperature with the room thermostat. I had to open the window, but the road was noisy so it was hard to sleep. Luckily my room also had a window facing the courtyard which I could use. They could offer more selection of pillows to suit your preference. I also found that one side of the bed more sunken in than the other.

The best location. Nearly all attractions were in walking distance including the Metro stop. We preferred walking, though. It was a small and clean hotel with clean new sheets, towels etc. The employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Especially dear Joshua, who met us when we were checking in, did everything to support us, including kindly responding to my endless questions. He gave us recommendations always with a big smile on his face. Very good English, too!

The lobby is a bit small but considering the overall performance of the hotel, not important at all.

It all felt very new. A supremely comfortable, clean and well sound-proofed room with a huge bed and lovely big pillows. The bathroom had a large bath as well as a shower and plenty of space to store toiletries. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the George V metro stop. Highly recommended.
