Loved the one bedroom suite even though the rooms were small it was nice to have a separate room for our son. Very comfy beds and spotless bathroom! Staff were so lovely and helpful! Building is beautiful too. Location is fabulous just next to the champs Elysees but as the Olympics were on, a little harder to get over the other side of the bridge to the Eiffel Tower.

Rooms were so small it was difficult to open our suitcases up so had to be strategic about the logistics. Shower water pressure is not good, very weak - I had to wash my hair under the tap.

Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Despite a few hickups that were partially out of their control they attended to our needs in a timely manner. The manager was kind enough to follow up on my concerns even after our departure which shows professionalism and care for the customer.

I did not nike the thin walls between the rooms and the very small elevator. Ths hotel has six floors and only one very dated elevator. Also wifi connectivity was sparse thus forcing me to buy my own data plan for the days we stayed at the hotel. Finally, there are no dining facilities but the cute cold breakfast basket that gets delivered to your room on time makes up for any shortcomings.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Helzear Champs-Elysées! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and perfectly situated for exploring the heart of Paris. The hotel was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. A special thank you to Nabil at the reception—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Staff should consider using elevator more rational. Guests had to wait for the elevator for so long. I had to come up and down several times to find it and discussion with the cleaning staff about holding it was quite not polite towards guests. Also this time it was a trick with booking. I'm sure I chose a different hotel, but somehow my confirmation came with this option. Since price was almost the same and it was not refuduble (I booked last moment) we agreed to stay in this option. However area was quite different from my choice. Really small reception zone downstairs.

The hotel is a street off the main Champs Elysees and near the Arc de Triomphe end. This meant that we were really central with most things only a short distance away. The metro was easily accessible as well when we wanted to go further afield. A very nice, comfortable hotel and worked very well for us as a family of 4. When next in Paris, we will be more than happy to stay here again. We ended up staying an extra night as well owing to a cancelled flight and the thought to change hotels did not even occur to us. Thank you!

The location is fantastic, close to most sightseeing sights, metro, and a hop-on-hop-off bus station. You cannot beat the area for 3-4 days of stay, and would like to see most of the must-see sights. The suite has a small kitchenette with all the necessities. The beds are comfortable. The staff is eager to help and very accommodating. We will stay there again, as the place is perfect for a short visit in Paris.

There is nothing that we did not like.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. They have us an earlier check in at 1pm instead of 3 which was really appreciated. Location is right off the champs elysees, Executive suite size was ok for the 4 of us. Clean, good amenities replenished daily, good bed linens/pillows, great sized bathroom. Staff is courteous and helpful. Bakery and monoprix 4 min walk.

Wifi doesn’t work at all. We asked many times but nothing changed, bathroom sink didn’t drain. Almost no light in bathroom. Room is also dark at night with very dimmed light. Lobby is non existent and area needs a fresh paint to remove the existing green/blue color.

Great location and easy access to the metro. We traveled with our parents, who are in their late 60's, along with our 5 and 8yo daughters, and everyone was easily able to walk back and forth to the metro with no issue. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculately cleaned and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. We had comfortable beds and pillows, and the shower pressure felt perfect after a long day of walking around Paris. Around the corner there is a restaurant called the "Bistrot Bassano", which had delicious Greek cuisine. We experienced professional, friendly service from the hotel staff and would highly recommend Suites & Hôtel Helzear Champs-Elysées!

We loved the location.... short walk down to the river and Eiffel Tower and supermarkets nearby. The staff were so friendly and welcoming...always checking if we were happy....The room was small though perfect for a family of four. The beds were lovely and comfortable.

Only minor thing...there wasnt a dishbrush /cloth to wash dishes...we would have been happy to wash these rather than leave these for the cleaners. A slightly bigger rubbish bin.

Extremely comfortable bed and sofa bed, good blackout curtains, brilliant central location for tourism, clean, very quiet with no traffic noise.

Shower pressure was poor, fan in bathroom did little or nothing to clear steam, WiFi kept dropping out so was inconvenient to use. No seal on shower screen so floor got wet. Kitchen wasn't really equipped for making a meal for three people.
