The location was GREAT. Walking distance to the Arc de Triumph, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysse...steps away from several Metro stops (very easy to travel by). 2 great corner cafe's just outside of the door. Excellent Location. 99 percent of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There was one incident where I felt a person wasn't very polite but the pleasantness of the others made up for her "faux pas."

It was not a deal breaker but we were not a fan of breakfast selection. The rooms were a little small. Also not a deal breaker for us because we are out alot. We had the Deluxe room which was perfect for us, but if your looking for a lot of space you may not be happy. We were.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is 3* hotel. Room was very clean. Room size was perfect and clean. Double bed was good size and very comfortable. Have a safe box and small fridge. Kettle with wellcome coffee and tea bags. Bathroom was good size and very clean. I also liked that toalet is separate from the bathroom. Staff was great(specially Armed). We arrived very early in the morning and check in was at 16h. We where planning to leave a luggage and go to explore Paris. But they told us that room was ready and we checked in at 11am. Hotel is just off the Champs Elysees and it walkable to all main attractions. Will definitely recommend and if in Paris again, we will choose it again.

It’s a great location for the centre of Paris. Located near some lovely restaurants and cafes, short walk to the Champs Élysée and a safe area. Very comfortable beds. For the money it’s excellent value.

A nicer coffee machine would be good, nicer towels/ toiletries. An iron in the room. But these are minor things.

A great option in a high-end destination!. The hotel is nicely located near prestigious shops, restaurants, and attractions, including the Champs-Élysées. It's clean and not overwhelmingly large, which adds to its charm and makes it a pleasant stay. Free coffee and tea available, adding a nice touch to the stay!

Minor issues: the shower was very comfortable in terms of temperature and pressure, but the water spread a bit too much into the rest of the bathroom. Additionally, there are no outlets near the bedside table or headboard. Nothing major, though!

The room was much bigger than expected, room for us to open 2 large suitcases Great location and facilities Staff were lovely Everything you need around. 10 mins to Arc, 15 to Eiffel

Our room 31 the wifi would not work for 5 days. We had to stand near the front door to get 2-3 bars. As much as we loved our stay, not having wifi made our days pretty upsetting I would return to the hotel but beg not to stay in that room

The hotel is located within a quick walk to the Arc de Triomphe and pretty close to several Metro stops to help get you around the city. Uber is also very convenient and we never had to wait more than a couple minutes for one to arrive, even when ordering a van when we left with all our luggage to Gare du Nord to end our journey in London. The front-of-house staff was very friendly and helpful. They definitely appreciated our attempts to speak the meager French we knew and helped us out with our room # pronunciations. There’s also a pharmacy and a small grocery store very close for any essentials you need. Also lots of good Italian restaurants in the vicinity. More so than any other type, but there are other dining options as well, including a couple very close patisseries with wonder pastries. The room we stayed in was a little small, but you’re in Paris, so finding a palatial hotel room is rare and very pricey. We made do with the space we had and kept it tidy, and there’s even a little hidden mini fridge with beverages that are available on the honor system, and to keep any drinks you purchase outside the hotel cool.

The only couple of minor negatives were that the room could have done with a fresh coat of paint, and it just so happened that the King of England was making a state visit during the time we were there so several of the Metro stops near us were closed which sort of forced us to Uber, but that is not something that happens all that frequently. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly Staff, hotel was clean and smelt clean also. Bedroom was a little smaller than I had though as it was on the corner but overall really good facilities and comfortable bed

The Fob to room door has a large metal number keyring which you must leave at Reception when going out, which at first I wasn’t keen on but can see why they do it. Also bedroom door has no interior latch/Lock.

We got the corner room and good view of streets. Room was cleaned every day and towels were also changed daily. Great stay if you want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance ( Louvre 3,3 km, Eiffel tower-1,5km, Arc de Triomphe- 1,3km, Pantheon was over 5km, but we love walking, so not far for us.

This is not bad thing, but unusual was that we had to leave our room key to reception if we went out and wifi was also without password.

Very professional and responsive staff… coffee and tea are available free of charge in the rooms… and coffee machine to make various types of coffee in the lounge … vwry nice restaurants, coffee shop nearby, also mini markets and farmacies… very cosy and quiet…very effective sound proofing….one could walk or run along the Seine ( for runners) !

The lift makes a little hissing sound when used…
