We were upgraded to a Duplex apartment by the owner. That apartment was fantastic, very spacious, clean & had excellent beds. It had all the facilities needed which made our stay extremely comfortable. The house was cleaned every day by housekeeping people. Front desk was available 24 hrs, very friendly and cooperative. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood and has very good restaurants, bakery & supermarket within walking distance. It’s not too far from Arc Triumph and Eiffel tower. We would definitely like to stay here next time we visit Paris.

Residence Alma Marceau is well-located close the Arc de Triomphé and the Champs-Elysees but far enough into the neighborhoods that it was tourist-free and peaceful. The property and our rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed and we were located close to a supermarket. Highly recommend.

There was some construction happening across the street that was noisy during the weekday but not a worry at all in the evening and weekends.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Residence Alma Marceau! Quick access to tourist attractions, large, beautiful suites, and extremely helpful and friendly staff! Since we visited in the summer, having A/C that we (Americans) are used to was a real life saver.

Size of apartment , location, staff, especially Dominique. She was very helpful during our stay and very kind to send my missed ring back to me! THANK YOU FROM MY HEART DOMINIQUE! Certainly going back if I'm to travel again with my family to Paris! Nearby food and grocery stores, pharmacies and all what you might need, nice stay overall.

Wonderful accommodation. It had it all! The beds were very comfortable, we slept very very well! We used the kitchen several times and we found everything we needed there! Simply perfect, as you see in the photos!

The staff were so receptive and helpful, we were kindly upgraded to a two bedroom apartment without even requesting! having a kitchen and laundry machine was so convenient for our family. The location was excellent for sightseeing in Paris, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, arc de triomphe, Seine river, metro etc

Large and spacious accomodations with modern furniture and fittings.

Value for money is good but not great. There are other competing properties at more competitive prices in the neighborhood.

The appartement is really spacious and beautiful. Well equipped. Also the location is perfect. Near by the Eiffeltower and serveral metro stations. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We really recommend the appartements if your are in Paris.

Would be nice if there was a private parking possibility.
