I had an amazing stay at Hotel Intercontinental champs Elysees ! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A special thank you to Jeremiah, Bakht, Frank, and Ismail for being incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made my trip to France even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

I stayed 2 times and rooms were upgraded 2 times. Very clean , 5* service, staff is very supportive, friendly, helpful and always welcoming with the smiles. Breakfast was great, location was amazing in the center! Great hotel and I would highly recommend !

What we liked the most about the Intercontinental Hotel was the location and comfort. The bakery at the restaurant was also exceptional. However, what truly stood out was the incredibly helpful staff who were always ready to fulfill our requests. A special shoutout to Juan, Helene, Jeremie, and Bartosz.

Very nice and perfectly sized hotel in a wonderful location. Staff was very friendly, room had a good size (regarding the hotel is located in PARIS!), it was very clean and newly furnitured. All hotspots were easily reachable by a walk or the Metro. Breakfast items varied and were of high quality, the breakfast room was not crowded at all, the breakfast service was very kind. We recommend this hotel highly, it is a perfect place to be in Paris. Merci beaucoup to the whole staff.

The hotel is like a house for us. We have been regular for many years and we have never experienced a negative issue. We would strongly recommend to all Paris visitors to select this fabulous location and friendly staff including the comfortable rooms of the Intercontinental Hotel.

The bathroom was really bad and need more than fix, They need to renew all the bathrooms I tried in the first room the shower didn’t work They changed my room And the second one wasn’t good too

The location is fabulous. A block off the Champs Elysees so easy to walk to dine, shop, and sightsee. The staff was also fabulous - super helpful concierge services which we used to find great restaurants, book activities, and plan each days events.

Very small property - no onsite bar and no dining onsite except breakfast.
