I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Vernet in Paris for my birthday, and I can’t express enough how beautifully the team made my special day. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member showed such kindness, warmth, and care — their attentiveness and positive attitude truly made me feel at home. The hotel had been recommended to me by one of my siblings, and I’m incredibly glad I chose to follow their advice. Not only was my stay perfect, but the staff went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way. They surprised me with a lovely birthday arrangement in my room and even brought me a delicious birthday cake the following day. It was such a sweet and unforgettable gesture that deeply touched me. Hotel Vernet didn’t just meet my expectations — it made my birthday in Paris feel magical. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting the city. I will absolutely return to Hotel Vernet the next time I’m in Paris. Thank you once again to the entire team for making my celebration so memorable. You truly made me feel special.

THE HOTEL IS VERY WELL LOCATED IN A PARALLEL STREET OF THE CHAMPS ELYSEE. STAFF IS NICE AND EFFICIENT . ROOMS ARE MODERN AND NICELY FURBISHED.

THE MINI BAR IN THE ROOM COULD BE BETTER EQUIPPED .

Great location, on famous Champs Elysee. One cosy and luxurious hotel, with parisian vibe. Very nice decorated for Christmas. Comfortable bed, a very generous space for personal stuff and this time we had a great balcony.

I really don’t like the breakfast experience. Although the products are very good and tasty, you have to order them and wait for them quite a lot. In the morning usually you want things to move faster, it’s not dinner. And if you want something extra, they look very surprised. Mwell, maybe it’s the parisian calm, I don’t know… However, next time if I will return to Vernet, i will not have my breakfast there. I don’t want to feel guilty if I want something extra. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast.

location was superb, couldn't have been better. A minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The room was beautiful, clean, well laid out, front facing and very comfortable. Staff, especially concierge and Morgan were brilliant. Lots of perfect advice from the concierge and late G&T's with a kick from Morgan. Some of the best hotel staff ever.

Some of the electric sockets in the room didn't work. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - not the food, which was great but the service. No menu and we were rushed both mornings to make a decision on what we wanted.

Hotel Vernet is exceptional in every way. The Staff could not have done more to insure a wonderful stay. The service from each and every department was exemplary! Location is very convenient. The personal touch from the moment we entered was memorable and they went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome!!!

Wish I could have stayed longer.

Location was excellent, near Champs Elysses and Arc de Triumph but quiet and safe. Amenities were very good, renovated, room was very nice and comfy. Very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good too. Definitely good value for money. Strongly recommended.

The ventilators in the toilet and the bathroom weren't working and there wasn't a window to refresh the air, so that was somehow frustrating. Despite the fact that we informed the staff and they reassured us that they will fix it, it didn't happen. The only negative point to mention.

Overall, this is a good hotel located near the Champs-Élysées. A solid four out of five. You can spend one or two nights there without regrets.

For the price you expect a little more from the such hotel. But some things upset us in small ways. The employee who didn't say hello at breakfast, the metal switch that gave us an electric shock. Plus, there was no bathtub in the room - only a shower. Overall, these are all small things that you can ignore. Perhaps you will have a different (better) experience.
