Location is excellent , you can see the arc of triumph from the balcony ( in junior suites at least not sure about the other rooms) but it’s still in a quiet area since all the tourists are on the parallel boulevard which is just cross the road. It’s very close to metro and bus stations if you want to take public transportation. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was nice.

The reception team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The location is perfect. It is just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, metro line and surrounded by plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, making exploring the city convenient and enjoyable.

While our overall stay at the Napoleon Hotel was pleasant, the breakfast buffet was unfortunately a letdown. The team looked visibly tired and disengaged, and we felt that the service lacked the warm hospitality we experienced elsewhere in the hotel. It was especially disappointing that the staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming toward families with children. We had to wait quite a while for a table, only to find out that the reserved one was given to other guests. Once we were finally seated, no one came to our table to offer coffee or any drinks, which was surprising given the hotel’s high standards in other areas. We hope this was just an off day, but improvements in breakfast service and attentiveness would undoubtedly make a big difference.

Loved our room. Slept better than at home! Very comfy bed, lovely spacious room (we had a suite for a family of 4) and very clean.

Breakfast not great - selection is okay but quality average. We tried hotel breakfast once but would not eat there again. 32 euro for a grown up ,and the kids were “half price” (charged for 1 out of 2)- my kids are 4&6 and just had some toast and a croissant. Would expect kids to eat free breakfast given that there were 2 paying adults!!

People make the place. The hotel has lovely friendly staff who are more than happy to help you with the many issues you have when travelling. The hotel has a great location, near the Arc de Triomphe, clean rooms and a restaurant with delicious dishes and great and perfect cocktails so if you don't have a good restaurant booked for dinner or you are too tired to go out to find something for lunch, you can come to the hotel restaurant.

The staff were very kind and gentle, the location was perfect, the room always clean, lift is always ready whenever we request, it is just that the plug of my charger or any device didn’t work good with their electricity. However i requested adapter and was provided.

Very classy in the lobby and hallways, excellent service from the staff. Booked on a pricing error, got the room for 120 euros a night instead of 1500 (1200 with genius discount) - though I'd feel robbed paying the latter Hotel honoured the booking, was never raised with myself, unsure if they spotted the missing 0

The Hotel Napoleon is a 5 star property. The staff were lovely and helpful. This was our first time in Paris and it was everything I had hoped it would be. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite. What a view! A balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower was absolutely gorgeous. We don't speak French. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything and making our stay memorable.

Hotel Napoléon somehow delivers palace-hotel charm without the palace-hotel fuss. Whether you’re first-timers eager for iconic sights on your doorstep, or frequent visitors seeking Parisian refinement and sincere service, this address earns an enthusiastic “à bientôt” from me.

Everything was amazing. The room was comfortable, clean and beautiful.

The person in the reception wasn’t so nice. I just asked what time the Eiffel Tower closes . They said to me look at google. That’s ok. But He could have looked on his computer quickly for us. Anyway I thought he was impolitely. For a 5 star hotel. ( I think He was a manger, the receptionist she was great)

The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful part of Paris, the room, the bar, the restaurant and mainly the staff are so friendly and attentive. It is also close to the Metro line so go to and from places is super easy and convenient. The Hotel Napoleon exceeded our expectations!
