Great Location. Short walk to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and two metro lines. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this property.

We booked a Junior Suite. The pictures on Booking.com does not match the room that we received. There was no room to move. The walls touched both sides of the bed and you had to slide off the end of the bed. It felt more like camping. The pictures show a small suite with room to move. The room was split over two levels and the stairs took up the room that is required to move around in. I would not recommend the Junior Suites. Parking is off site

Very nice location, walking distance to Champs-Elysées. Very helpful staff. I'm a quite sleeper and the room given was noisier for for my taste. I requested for an alternative quieter room and the staff made the necessary arrangements.

The toilet flush kept on leaking and not fixed even after reporting to the reception. A timely fix could have saved a lot of water and prevented the unnecessary noice from the drains.

My Junior Suite had narrow and steep stairs to the bedroom and bathroom which I didn’t find out about until I entered the room. Wasn’t an issue for me, however, this wasn’t advertised.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and many other attractions in less than 10 minutes. The room was spacious having two separate areas for sitting and sleeping and was clean and well presented.

Bathroom is tiny and has poor lighting. It makes it difficult to put make-up on. Poor lighting throughout room even if you open the curtains to the large windows.

My family and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Hotel Helzear Etoile, and the experience was truly elevated by Slimane, whose exceptional service made all the difference. From offering practical advice to ensuring everything ran smoothly, Slimane went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His calm, resourceful, and proactive approach stood out, and it was clear that many other guests appreciated him as much as we did. The hotel’s central location, well-maintained facilities, and courteous staff added to the overall experience, but Slimane was undoubtedly the biggest factor in earning our loyalty. Hotel Helzear Etoile has set a gold standard for hospitality, and we look forward to returning.

While everything else was superb, the only aspect that fell short was the washrooms, particularly the shower area with its flimsy glass partitions, which could benefit from a revamp for a better guest experience.

Love the location and proximity to great restaurants, metro and shopping. The bed was amazingly comfortable- any chance I can buy one of those comforters?? Staff was helpful, kind and friendly. This is our second time staying at the property and will return again!

Wish there were sheer coverings behind the black out drapes. Wanted to keep the windows and drapes open to let light in but then there’s no privacy while dressing or walking around the room if you weren’t clothed

The room was a great size, it was clean and comfortable, although the stairs to the mezzanine floor were steep. Airconditioning, coffee machine and fridge were a wonderful bonus, curtains were lovely and dark , street was quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great! Short walk to everything.

It had expensive parking during the day, breakfast was a little pricey so we opted out. Just a little expensive I thought , just my personal opinion.

Location was perfect, metro very close so the whole of Paris was accessible! Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Noisy neighbours was a little bit of an issue. The staff were lovely

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Went to Paris to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday (on Liberation Day) and they were wonderful. We were really spoilt by the unexpected extra attention by all - The receptionist had spotted the date on his ID! Helpful advice during the visit - eating places etc. and only about 10 minutes from the Champs Elycee. Also Kitchen facilties in room if one wanted to reduce catering costs. Taxi organised for return to Gare de Nord station - Much pleasanter experience than the one we'd arrived in and over 25% cheaper! Cannot recommend enough!

At that price and in that location absolutely nothing. 3rd floor, but a pleasant reliable lift close to rooms.

Great location, close to Arc de Triomphe and many public transports. Super helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable and a large shower. Great natural light provided by a big window. Free water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available and also delicious macarons upon your entrance.

Pour kitchenette light. The tap was installed far from the sink (it's quite difficult to was your hands without spilling water). The sofa was not very comfortable.
