I arrived in Paris on the 20/3 and we had booked another hotel. We had such a awful experience we decided to look for another hotel. I'm so glad we did and I'm so happy we choose this hotel. From the moment we arrived I felt so welcomed. The staff were amazing so friendly. The hotel is breathtaking. Clean and luxurious with a very good price. The location was great seven minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The service is what made our stay. It was my birthday and the staff made the room special on my special day. From arriving in Paris and wanting to leave right away to looking at booking again. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and I'm so thankful to the staff.

A fantastic hotel in the middle of a fantastic location! Rooms weren’t renovated yet but looked better than most US and UK hotels and were of a very high standard. Breakfast is simple yet more than enough and a quaint bar scene. Staff were wonderful… highly recommend for those seeking refuge from big box hotel chains and wanting service in a boutique style hotel.

We like beautiful location and very friendly staff. We were offered an upgrade which we were very happy about. We will definitely return to this hotel after its renovation.

Unfortunately, breakfasts are not very varied. And the service is extremely slow.But there were plenty of delicious restaurants around and this was not a problem.

Overall, everything is good!

The rooms facing Av.Pierre 1er de Serbie can hear the noise of the night club opposite. Breakfast is served quite slowly. Only bread, croissants, water and juice are freely available. Coffee and breakfast must be ordered - the wait is long.

Everything was exceptional! Some of the comments I read about was saying there were better hotels nearby, YES but not for the same value! 100m from Four Seasons George V, this hotel is a little gem in the heart of Paris!

I liked how Kouhantas, The trainer staff they have managed our room change and take into consideration to so issues on our first room.

when we get room at first i understand that room wanted to provide best service and they offered us the first room availability. which was so thoughtful however it has sink issue

From the moment you arrive they treat you incredible making sure that you get settled with every little detail! We travel a lot and it’s not to common for the staff to go out of their way!

Everything was perfect!

Excellent service - gave us an early check in at 8am cos there was an avail room. Great desk staff that assisted when I injured my ankle. Got me ice on call and helped in all requests
