The hotel was wonderful. It seems to have been recently renovated, as everything had a "new" feel to it. The room size was awesome and much bigger than one would expect in Paris. The neighborhood was awesome. Just steps away from the Champs Elysees, and other hot touristy areas. We ordered breakfast (room service) a couple of times, and what was delivered was awesome and delicious! But what made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were very friendly, approachable and courteous. They helped us book taxis and gave us great advice about several issues related to our stay. I absolutely love this hotel and will definitely stay there again, whenever I visit Paris. PS: A HUGE bonus was that I arrived at the hotel at around 11:00 AM, so several hours before the official check-in time. But my room was ready and they immediately gave me access to it.

I’ve been to Paris 5 times and this is the first time staying in the 8th arr. , this location is the golden triangle situated in a prime position and walking/biking distance to all your favourite spots. It’s elegant , clean and convenient! I would come back 10 times over. The staff were exceptionally helpful, responsive and took great care of us the entire time. They were attentive to our needs especially right before the Olympics began with heaps of knowledge about what was going on! Highly recommend

My colleagues and I stayed at the hotel for a few nights during our business trip and I would say that the service was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Despite not being a 5-star luxury resort, the hotel management and staff gave us an absolute 5-star experience. Super polite and professional team! Whatever I asked for, I received promptly. The hotel’s spacious rooms deserve further admiration. Thanks a lot for the service and our great stay! We will definitely be back again :)

My third stay in this hotel and i have to say it gets better and better everytime! Highly recommended for all type of travellers, i came with family and i came with friends and i enjoyed both trips. The rooms are great! AC is cold for the summer heat waves ! And room service available at all times. I just loved staying in this hotel and definitely will come back again! The concierge were very lovely, friendly and very helpful with recommendations and bookings for restaurants. Generally quiet in the hotel considering central city location, very accessible to transport, eateries and main landmarks.

Some construction noise during our stay which we were made aware of. Limited tea and coffee facilities.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.The room was spacious ,clean, and the staff so friendly!Ideal choice, if you want a comfortable stay while exploring and walking all around Paris! Montaigne avenue and Champs Elysees theatre are next to the hotel...Great location! A bientôt 😆🙂

Well centrally located

No proper breakfast . You can do room service just for coffee, juice and couple of croissants 29 euros . Way over priced . I wanted some fruits only berries were available and they wanted additional 30 euros just for berries Other than that my stay was very pleasant. I wanted to stay longer but the breakfast situation was too inconvenient for me . I have to get out to have a proper breakfast ended up ordering in even though i did not like the choice or the price

I liked the room (was spacious, beautiful, clean and light), the service and the location of the hotel most. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Very great room with extra space for putting luggage and also special compartments for your footwear and separate wardrobe. I also very much liked the quality of the toiletries and quality of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Overall - very good hotel with great value for money. Will definitely come back once in Paris again.

Superb hotel. Each and every single staff member were friendly and helpful. Splendid room- found out we had been upgraded when we checked-in. Spacious luxurious room. Clean facilities. The staff couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful. Location was amazing, centre of Paris, close walk to many places of interest and food, just a short walk for a stunning view of the Eiffel tower. Thank you again for an amazing stay, we hope to return soon.

Perfect location to enjoy the best luxury shopping in Paris, wonderful Museums and a great selection of restaurants & bars all within walking distance. The staff welcomed us like family, the service & rooms are 5 star ! I’ll definitely be coming back again, my new favorite hotel in Paris !
