Room was beautiful! It was also roomy and exceptionally clean. We really appreciated the A/C. It was quiet too. All staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. We appreciated the English speaking as our French is not good.

We dined in the restaurant once for breakfast and ordered room service breakfast twice. My wife’s Eggs Benedict was underdone and not palatable. Room service breakfasts were much better and arrived in good time. However, BOTH times, there were items missing from our order and we had to call to correct. Second time the eggs went cold waiting for the salt and pepper (specifically requested). Would recommend cloches to keep food warm.

Great location, just around the corner of Champs Elysees and the best shops. The staff and concierge are extraordinary, they make every wish possible. The concierge helped us find a last minute table at a super charming restaurant on Valentines Day. The rooms are spacious and the facilities very nice. The breakfast is really really good!

Everything was perfect. If they would want to improve something: They could expand the menu choices in the restaurant, it’s an organic restaurant so mainly healthy choices. Also cocktail choices at the bar could be bigger.

I loved the place. Great location, just off the Champs Elysees, but in a quiet street with many nice cafes, restaurants, shops. The beds are the most comfortable I ever slept on! Very kind, attentive and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Beautiful bathrooms with Diptique toiletries. Mid stay we got a gift from the hotel, in addition to a welcome bottle of wine. I only have the best things to say about this hotel. Will definitely go back!

Service is excellent- friendly and efficient. Hotel represents great value for money amongst hotels of its class. Rooms are stylish and equipped with everything you need plus many little extras are provided during your stay. Position of the hotel is great with main sights nd many restaurants in walking distance.

We booked a suite as we know from previous travel with friends that the standard rooms are small.

The staff. The staff will make you feel like you are the only guest! Anoushka at the front desk is professional, warm and welcoming. Our comfort was so important to her. She seemed to know exactly what we desired of this short but wonderful trip. She truly cares about her guests. The hotels’ location is perfect for walking everywhere. The room was gorgeous immaculately cleaned and the beds were very comfortable. Even the bathroom was beautiful!

Loved everything about it!

Absolutely everything. This was the best stay of our entire lives and we have stayed in some lovley hotels. Cannot speak highly of this hotel and their staff. The hotel facilities on their own are 5 star but the service from the staff adds another 5 stars on top of that! The hotel staff helped me plan a proposal in the hotel and it was nothing short of perfection. Simon and his colleague on reception who had the glasses (sorry i forget her name) were incredible. I will never forget the service they gave us.

Food from restaurant was yummy but pricey. Great central location with balcony in the room overlooking a beautiful street. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for three nights and out of two of the three, someone attempted to enter my room around 5pm while I was resting/getting ready for the evening. They knocked, didn't hear my response, and just opened the door. I was startled to say the least.

Everything.

Separated (two small) mattresses combined in one with zip on big bed. And as a result in the middle of bed you have hole ))) and pain in the back after sleep in it. I was told on the reception- all rooms have this kind of mattresses… thin mattress was added, but it didn’t helped much. Also concierge service depending on a day and worker - sometimes was very quick, but sometimes it was necessary to wait answer more then 12 hours…

best location, attentive service and nice rooms. The hotel is close to everything and it's beautiful and well decorated. We booked two connecting rooms and it's spacious. Conceiage helped us with restaurant booking and show tickets booking. The food in the hotel restaurant is Michelin level as well as its breakfast. It was such a pleasant stay.

Location, staff, services- everything was amazing! We always stay in 5 star hotel chains, this time we wanted to try something new in Paris, I can tell that I felt most comfortable here. The view was amazing from Junior Suite with balcony, there aren’t many hotels in Paris offering this much. Thank you Hugo for warm welcome
