Everything was amazing

Greetings, I would like to inform you that during my stay, I requested 4 bottles of water and was told that each bottle costs €5. I agreed, as I needed them to prepare milk for my child. The following day, after housekeeping cleaned the room, a bottle of water was placed. When I asked, I was informed that one bottle is provided free daily, although I had previously been told that only the first day includes complimentary water. I kindly request that the hotel’s water policy be clearly communicated from the beginning to avoid any confusion. Sincerely,

Bathrooms has water bidet (Shattaf). Location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have nice room facing to Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées. Close to restaurants, coffees, and shops.

Price of the room is high. Entrance of the hotel is narrow and two elevators in the building.

Unfortunately Booking.com didn’t mention that the hotel was partially under-renovation for the front side of the hotel and all rooms facing the Champs elysees st. are blocked from the views. Its very unfortunate and misleading.

While we enjoyed the experience, there are a couple of areas that could enhance the convenience and comfort for future guests: 1. Washing Machine: Since it is a serviced apartment, we were surprised to find that a washing machine was not available. Adding this amenity would significantly improve the overall experience for longer stays. 2. Telephone Usage: There was no manual or guide on how to use the telephone system to contact reception, room service, laundry, or concierge. Given that this is in France, having a clear, multilingual guide for guests to navigate these services would be very helpful. We appreciate your attention to these suggestions and look forward to seeing how you continue to improve the guest experience.

During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of interacting with Imtyaz, who stood out for his exceptional hospitality and friendliness. His attentive demeanor and welcoming attitude truly enhanced my experience and made me feel valued as a guest. Imtyaz's professionalism and genuine care for guests like me are a testament to the excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff. I highly appreciate his dedication and commend him for creating a memorable stay.

I found the parking experience at the hotel to be challenging. The location of the parking garage at the block behind the hotel was not well-marked, causing difficulty in finding it. Additionally, there was a lack of clear signage for dropping off bags at the hotel entrance, making it inconvenient to unload luggage. Moreover, the hotel entrance being on the ground level instead of above the door added to the confusion and made it hard to locate initially. These aspects made the parking and arrival process less seamless and detracted from the overall convenience of the stay.

The hotel is quite old, and therefore has some shortcomings. The elevators are small, not everything is convenient in the bathrooms, the sockets are not located as we would like. I would introduce an additional gradation of 5-star hotels. And indicate whether it is a new hotel or an old one. It should be understood that new hotels are, of course, better than old ones.

The property is lovely, the decor is classy with modern vibes. The suites are extremely comfortable with ample space for storage. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The kitchenette has everything needed to prepare a quick warm meal. The location is brilliant in the middle of the Champs Elysees.
