The hotel location was excellent. We are familiar with the area and although it was our first time staying there we were very happy. Rooms/ensuite are small but comfortable. Very efficient and friendly staff. We would go back for sure. Sayed was brilliant on the reception desk. We travelled for the RWC and stayed with you twice during our French fortnight. Very pleased

Rooms/bathroom were small but I appreciate space is at a premium in such a good area.

One of the receptionist had a bad way of dealing with Arab people, he is not welcoming and honestly I felt very uncomfortable talking to him

Staff and location were excellant. Sihad at front desk was brilliant helped us everything transport directions etc.which made our holiday so easy.

Good location near the champs elysees

Not worth the money - wallpaper falling off the walls, broken light switches, bad finishing on the paintwork just looked shabby. The lift doesn’t go up to the 5th floor, only a steep staircase which was hard work carrying my luggage up.

Over the course of 14 days, we syed at the Elysees Hotel three seperate times in three different rooms. (1, 2, and 6 nughts) All of the rooms were very different, but each was well appointed and comfortable. The location of the EH can't be beat. So close to the Champs Elysees and countless restaurants. And there's a grocery store just a block away (for that one night we were just too exhausted from our day's adventures.) The best part of our stay was the staff. They were all very personable. Friendly and helpful. Especially Saed! He helped with all of our needs with a smile! The morning breakfast was satisfying and very reasonably priced. We will be back in Paris and The Elysees Hotel will be our choice!

I wouldn't change a thing!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great-lots of restaurants and services nearby. Close to a subway station (FDR). Room was clean.

The only downside was that the room was small (no big deal as I was alone but I always like space!). The elevator was out while I was there. This was unavoidable and the repair guy came the day I left! I had a bad knee so this was inconvenient, but the staff was happy to help me with my bags. One way street with no place for Uber to pull over--keep this in mind and maybe walk to the corner if you call an Uber. My ride to the airport drove around the block twice.

The location was perfect for us and the property had a certain Gallic charm. The people on Reception were very courteous and friendly, especially Saad, who greeted us by name whenever we came to Reception. Breakfast was very good and the dining area pleasant. We both loved the quirky lift! Our room was clean and well furnished. We particularly liked the framed photographs of the Champs Elysées at the turn of the 20th century in the room and in the hallways.

On our first night there was a lot of noise in the street- we had left our window open. After that, with a closed window it was very quiet. But what ought we to have expected of a busy Parisian street? We live in the country and had forgotten what city life is like!

It had a nice old fashioned ambience, a wonderful old fashioned lift like you see in the old movies. The room was very comfortable especially the bed. We slept extremely well. The room was quiet, the double glazing was excellent. The air conditioning was quiet but worked very well. The room was very clean and the towels changed daily. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. The location was brilliant, really close to the Champs Élysées and there were great restaurants nearby. It was also close to an excellent boulangerie and several supermarkets. The Wi Fi worked well.

The shower leaked a bit into the bath and you couldn’t seem to completely turn it off. The rain shower was a bit uneven but water lovely and warm and nice strong pressure. The paint work in the room could have done with a touch up here and there.

location is amazing, so close to stations either end of the street, champs-elysees is a two minute walk away. the room was cleaned everyday.

the foyer was dark and the stairs/ lift need modernising. the bathroom in the room was very small, meaning that you need to squeeze beside the sink to get to the loo. the steps in the bathroom can get slippery also. I didn’t like handing my key back into the reception each time I left the hotel, however this was one of the policies

Excellent location. Was able to walk to many sights from the hotel such as The Louvre, The Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triomphe. Great restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel too, as right next to the champs Elysees. Air conditioning worked really well. Staff were all very friendly, especially Saad.

The bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for us. But we asked for an extra blanket to add some cushion and that was sorted for us. Nothing major to really say much as a negative.
