Cute little boutique hotel off of Champs Elysees. Walkable to everywhere basically. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Staff was friendly, hotel has an elevator. Room was perfect (for European standard), hotel decor was very modern and Tres Chic! We were greeted with a welcome card and delicious macaroons(Very personalized), and at check in all of our luggage was brought up to our room! Excellent! Bonus: We received a room upgrade upon arrival!

What I thought was a bit scary, was that there were police/military personnel walking around the area and most areas in Paris with guns. We felt safe but at the same time it looked scary.

Personalised handwritten welcome notes. Peaceful and cosy, with bright spacious rooms (a pleasant surprise, as many upmarket hotels in Paris charge you for the location and don't make the room feel warm and welcoming). A truly considered experience, made better by the wonderful staff at reception- offering help, support and a smile at every point of my stay. LOVED IT. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Offering feedback as I'd love to see these guys excel even more than they already are... The desk should be by the window to make the most of the view of the streets and the light. The coffee mugs are too small. It's generous to give guests access to Nespresso machines/nice tea. If you're going to do it, let them have more than one gulp of their new favourite drink! 😅 Having an iron in the room is always easier than having to go downstairs, especially if/when you realise you need one right when you're about to go out.

The hotel is chic and also in a great location. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Everything was nice and clean.

The room is a little tiny. I recommend it to one person. If you’re a couple it isn’t bad either just don’t have a lot of luggage.

The staff are very friendly and helpful,, the location perfect, (there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and shopping near by),, my booking was for 6 nights but suddenly I faced a private issue i and don’t continue the staying so i talked to them then they are so kind that they understood my situation and they refunded my money for 2 nights ,, I really appreciated their action

What you would expect from a boutique hotel. Modern, warm and welcoming staff. Main drawback was room size. Very small. We were traveling through Europe for 12 days and could not fit the two of us and our suitcases. We were there for two night so we managed. If you you’re there for a short stay or don’t have a lot of items you’ll enjoy the Nuage. Camille at the front desk was an amazing help!!!

The staff did a great job decorating our room for Valentine’s Day. It made my wife feel special.

The lightning and thermostat was difficult to figure out. There were 3 different things that looked like thermostats and didn’t really figure out which one was which.

Lobby and the breakfast area was very nicely decorated- modern. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent with lot of bars and cute restaurants on the same street. We had such a nice evening at bar/restaurant ‘24 Le’ just few door away! The room was nice size (small) but well decorated with nice bed and quality sheets and linens. Abdullah at the desk was new but very sweet and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris.

The location is close to metro and popular shops. The staff is helpful and nice. The simplistic and warm design is to my liking. I like the little gifts (macaroon and tote bag) in the room. The room is comfy and water pressure is great.

We encountered some problem with the air con but the staff was quick to resolve our problems.

The hotel is minutes away from Champs Elysees. Walking to popular locations was convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The macarons and tote bag in the room were a beautiful touch.
