Really nice place, location and building. Decor is great and unique and very very very clean! Also, lady on the front during the day was great!

It was honestly 10/10, the only bad side was when we were waiting for our taxi in the lobby we asked for some tap water and the bartender looked at my girlfriend like she committed genocide or something. After a £200 stay for a night, some tap water is the bare minimum and they should lose their attitude and just do their job. On top of that, the lift was broken, we were on the 6th floor with very heavy suitcases after fashion week and the guy at reception just said "just so you know, it's on the 6th floor haha" would kind of expect an offer of help?

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The aesthetic was charming, with a very pretty style that added a touch of elegance to the atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the calm and colorful ambiance. It was a delightful experience overall, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and stylish stay. The comfort of the furniture added to the overall appeal of the room, while the clean and spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise, boasting an artistic touch. I was delighted to find that even the bathrobe and towels matched the decor, adding a thoughtful touch to the room's design. Additionally, a lovely compliment from the hotel awaited me in the room, further enhancing my experience.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there was a minor inconvenience as the escalator was out of order, necessitating the use of stairs. Although this wasn't the most ideal experience, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when assisting with my luggage. Their attentiveness made up for the inconvenience, ensuring a positive overall impression of the hotel. Although I had initially left my invoice information upon arrival, it was slightly disappointing to receive the wrong document at the end of my stay, necessitating the need to provide the same information again.

I had a single room which was very adequate for one person. The bed was the size of a smaller double and was very comfortable. The linen and towels were a very pretty pink colour which added to the decor. Air conditioning worked extremely well. The provided toiletries were of top quality ( same brand as used on Qatar airways). I had the breakfast one morning and it was very good value. Staff were very helpful in giving information. There is a variety of shops and lots of places to eat close by. There are 4 different Metro lines within a 10 min walk.

Noise from adjoining rooms depended on who was there. One night they were very loud and the next three nights with new guests it was very quiet. That is nothing to do with the hotel just the lack of consideration of guests arriving back late at night.

-the room was so pretty and the bed was so comfortable -we loved all the diptyque products, it was a great touch -we had a minor issue with the room but it was sorted very quickly - the staff were very friendly, always someone available at the front desk. Nothing is too much and they're very helpful! - it was my wife's 30th birthday while we were there and they decorated the room with balloons, banners and provided a small gift which was so generous! -shower pressure was great, sometimes I find city hotels have weak showers but this was nearly a power shower! -fantastic location, near 3 metro stations. You can get anywhere in paris. Right by all the the shops and restaurants. Just a little bit off the main street so we were not disturbed by traffic -we would stay here again! Nothing at all, a fabulous hotel!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were cleaned nicely upon request. We really liked our room and that the building is located within walking distance of some of Paris's most lovely locations.

Didn't prefer to leave room keys whenever I left the hotel- that seems like it should be optional and not something we are pressured to do. At least, I did not understand why it was expressed as something we are asked to do. We also felt that the bathroom in our room suffered from a lack of ventilation. No window or fan in the bathroom in such a small room!

Beautiful hotel with great service! We were located right around the corner of Champs-Elysees in a little more quiet street. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, adorned with bright colors. It was perfectly clean as well. Service was great, available 24/7 and very helpful. We made use of the luggage storage, which was great too!

The rooms are on the smaller side, which can be expected since the building is right in the centre of Paris - we didn’t mind as much but it’d be harder if you had big suitcases. The elevator only works if it’s on the floor you’re getting on due to a defect door, but the staff will gladly get the elevator for you if needed!

Nicely decorated room, curtains well made, good lighting overall the room was relaxing. The bathroom size was sufficient with a door to the WC. The mini fridge, wardrobe, safe (for passports etc) all very good. Bed was extremely comfortable, sheets were great. Bath robe, slippers and towels were lovely.

Noise on main road cannot be helped but bin men start early! A long mirror would have been helpful.

Really picturesque design and beautiful lobby, the entrance however looks nothing like the interieur and if the hallways are very small, look old and are a little worn out (although clean)…. The rooms on the other hand smell nice and wow what a bathroom, arriving here just after a stay in a 5 star hotel at la defense because my train got cancelled I can surprisingly say this one was much better and had an amazing shower with nice and fresh products by diptyque… if it wasnt for the entrance and hallways I’d give this hotel a perfect score, but for now, it really does what it does and possibly represents what a small, boutique hotel is about

The property is beautifully designed. We really appreciated the chosen colors sheets, unique furniture. Besides being beautiful, everything was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and included all the necessities, such as coffee, water, little snacks. The staff was very friendly, helpful and speaking, both French and English. The location is excellent. I would recommend the hotel and likely use it next time when I’m in Paris for tourism.

We booked a room for three people. Upon the arrival we realized that it is a very small room with a big bed for two people, although we requested separate beds, and one small inconvenient convertible bed. The room was very crowded. We requested at the reception change of the room. The staff was incredibly helpful, they offered us two double rooms instead to make our stay comfortable. We did not expect such lovely and nice service, highly recommended.

Location of hotel was fantastic. Great restaurant/bar at the top of the street (Morny) as well as walking distance to Metro and Champs Élysées . A few patisserie’s also around the neighborhood were fantastic ie Paul and Julian.

Unfortunately we had building works scheduled at the time of our stay.
