The bed was extremely comfortable and the curtains closed properly ensuring the room was pitch black for a good nights sleep. The hotel staff were welcoming and the room was very clean and tidy. It was located within walking distance to most landmarks we wanted to visit.

We stood outside at roughly 10pm or even earlier trying to get in because they lock the front door at an early time, we stood outside ringing the door bell for 10 minutes while it was -4 degrees outside which we weren't too impressed about.

The room was amazing and very spacious for Paris. There is 24/7 reception and they are willing to assist with ordering taxis etc.

I wish you were a bit closer to the Champs Elyssee. Sometimes felt a little unsafe walking back up the street to the hotel at night but otherwise the location was great being close to all of the shops on the Champs Elyssee if that is what you are in Paris to do.

Amazing design and comfort while cozy and warm. Fantastic staff (all! especially receptionists). Nice breakfast (plain cereals such as cooked buckwheat or similar might be nice but I didn't ask if they have) and some skimmed yoghurt. Still it was very tasty and a sufficient variety. The closeness of the Champs Elysee is a special bonus. I made a round on foot through the highlights of Champs Elysee, the Triumphal Arc, Laduree cafe, walked to Trocadero, Eifel tower, Tokyo Palace and back with a fantastic lunch in a boulevard leading to Champs Elysee. Excellent location of hotel enabled me to do so.

The location is wonderful, 2 blocks away from the Champs d 'Elysees. The hotel is a boutique type and very modern. My room was small but it was comfortable. Bathroom and sink separate from toilet. Shower was great. We didn't have breakfast but it looked great. To any place we go, we asked the same question: Would we come back? and the answer is definitely yes!!! By the way we highly recommend a little italian restaurant "L'italien" (a block away). We come to Paris at least once a year, so we have tried several accommodations, from Airbnbs to Hotels. This one is a keeper.

We went through many hotels before choosing this one in Paris, using a number of criteria. When we arrived, we also wanted a different location in our room than the one we got, something that the staff resolved. Absolutely fantastic. A cozy, well-organized hotel. Also a different and cozy breakfast service where you could order via menu and get everything freshly prepared and served. A good alternative for all parties as a buffet is thrown a lot of unnecessary food that people pick on themselves. It gave a sense of durability and luxury. Will stay here again.

Excellent location. Newly renovated, super fresh! Nice tub to relax after a long day sight seeing. The people that work there very friendly.

The breakfast was the only disappointing experience. It was not bad but it was not good in terms of value for money. I would recommend to skip paying for breakfast in the hotel and opt for one of the dozens of cafes around.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Same for the cleaning staff. The rooms were always very clean. Also, we had to change room because the bed was making sounds and they changed us immediately.

Rooms and overall areas are quite small, so is the elevator (+ really slow). The breakfast (and the lady managing it) did not meet our expectations at all and the overall experience is below the hotel's standards, in our opinion. Very slow service, very limited breakfast options, all 3 mornings she brought us different/wrong options to the ones we had chosen/told her. She was not the most polite or understanding person and she even talked on her mobile phone 1 day with the other person being on speaker and instead of having breakfast quietly we could only hear her talking on the phone for a long time. We also found a cheese product that was expired.

Lovely small hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Tastefully decorated and very clean. We had two communicating rooms with two bathrooms which was ideal for our stay with two adult children. The location is excellent for visiting Paris, shopping and eating. Good restaurants at walking distance and even a supermarket nearby. The rooms were spacious for Paris and the bathrooms really good with excellent showers. Good air conditioning and reception staff 24hrs. Another good point check out is at 12. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Was perfect. Just keep in mind that the lift is quite narrow as it is in old buildings.

Nice hotel, smart but missing higher end facilities, in good location for shopping along the Champs-Elysées and visiting the Arc de Triomphe. Close to metro station for further exploration. Stayed in a family room which is two adjoining rooms, worked nicely as a family of 4. Breakfast was delightful and quirky, not a buffet - each order individual cooked by the kitchen host - felt very homely. All in all very good value for money.

Standard hotel issues - aircon in one room was not working that well. Few ants knocking about in one room. But nothing awful.
