The hotel has a sleek, modern design with a comfortable bed, an excellent shower, and a fantastic view. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the airport, and the breakfast is truly luxurious. The morning staff were lovely and helped resolve an issue I encountered upon arrival with a receptionist who was not very welcoming. Thanks to the warm and friendly morning team, I was able to leave with a positive impression of my stay.

I was disappointed by the experience with the receptionist lady (evening team), who insisted on a €100 deposit upon arrival. My Booking.com reservation didn’t mention any additional charges or deposits, so I felt it was unfair to demand it unexpectedly. Being unaware of these new policies in France, and after an intense three days of work, I was just hoping for a smooth check-in so I could rest before my morning flight.

Walking distance to the airport with a covered walkway. The sofa bed in the family room was surprisingly comfortable. Not the horrible cheap ones with springs that dig in to your back. It was two single beds also which makes it nicer for teenage kids especially. I also like the water machine downstairs where you can fill up your bottles for free. A really nice touch as I'm alway dehydrated after a flight.

Pretty pleased with it all. If I'm being picky I would didn't like the paper cups in the room. Would have been nice to have proper glasses and cups.

Absolutely LOVED every single aspect of this hotel: -gorgeous details everywhere, but not over the top -catered to families and non families alike -idk if it was their property but an playground right outside the door for families was great -the quick walk access to d’Orly was SO NICE -the rooms were lovely and full of amenities that were just right—from the shower supplies to specific kids beds to complimentary mini bar items. -restaurant had delicious food options and excellent employees 10/10

Went for 1 night because our flight back home was very early in the morning, so we arrived late at night, had dinner and got everything ready to make the leaving easier since we were travelling with a toddler. The recepcionist was extremely polite and nice, she even gifted our kid a small plushie. Explained how to leave the key at the check out box and that's basically it. For what it was, when I made the reservation the price was fair and the hotel is very nice. You only need to cross the walkway to get to the airport. The closest terminal es T4, but the others are literally 10 minutes away (even if the signs say otherwise).

A great room from a reliable hotel chain that delivers comfort and quality just a short walk across the bridge from Paris Orly T4 terminal. Our flight arrived at 11 pm and the clear instructions from the hotel made finding it and check-in super easy - this was greatly appreciated when you have two tired young kids. Room had all the mod conveniences and was a great place to overnight after a long flight before heading downtown in an BOLT for about $30

The ultra-modern bathroom setup made it a bit hard for 2 people to be in the bathroom at the same time. A small issue overall

First of all, the location could not be better, it is amazing to be able to walk to the airport. It was my second stay here and the high quality is still the same, with a very nice staff, cozy spaces, large bedroom with a nice shower. The breakfast is also very complete and has an amazing variety of foods. Last time I had some problems with the booking and they were super kind when solving my problem, so I would definitely stay here a third time and I would also reccomend it for others.

I really do not have anything bad to write. For its price, the hotel offers an excelent service.

Breakfast was Excellent with wonderful variety. I especially liked the chance to cook one’s own egg or heat up the crepes.

We had a terrible time finding the place—we arrived at 10:39 pm and the airport was deserted . I remembered “Novotel airport” but not “Coeur d’Orly,” so did not understand the signs. Your instructions to guests should tell the niveau and the Porte number to take, not just terminal number, because it took us 40 minutes to find Starbucks and then we could not find the exit door.

After finding out at Orly airport my flight got cancelled and rescheduled for the next day, I had nowhere to go but luckily there was a vacancy at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and the facilities were amazing. I loved the location as it was only a 5 minute walk to the airport.

I noticed those with bulky suitcases, baby strollers and the elderly didn’t have the best time with the stairs on the bridge but this isn’t the hotels fault, just something to be aware of if this applies to you.

The only complaint as that our room backed on to the lift (shaft,I think ),one of the lifts made a clunking sound ,sporadically —- of course you only register it once you’re in bed ,so it woke me up early morning when people with early flights started using the lift !

Large and comfy bed, quite convenient bathroom half open to bedroom (shower and toilet separated but sink and mirror open to the room). I skipped breakfast but dinner was great. Had a beef tartare, taste good 👍 minor is not homemade french fries... Easy to get to from orly terminal 4 (the main interest to stay there). About 15 20 minutes to orly 1 by walking (if u don't want to take the shuttle). Got a free upgrade to business room 🤗
