the location is perfect, the metro is just 5 minutes from the hotel, and Montrouge is a very safe area!! the staff has always been friendly, i really enjoyed the drinking water fountain near the elevator and the breakfast buffet is too good to be true!!! the room was cleaned every day and the air conditioning was definitely a life saver!! couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, i’d definitely recommend and can’t wait to come again!!♥️

the shower was not working very well, i’d suggest to unclog the pipes!! also there is not a bidet unfortunately

Essential, modern and very clean. All you expect from a 3 star hotel and all you need if you just want a good sleep at the end of the day. A clean, comfy bed and a decent shower room. Rooms had just been refurbished which was a bonus, no coffee making facilities in room or mini bar, however, both of these are available in reception, along with filtered water. The hotel was modern and minimalistic with a lovely, healthy, wide selection continental breakfast buffet. Boil your own eggs and wide collection of teas and coffees. No English Breakfast blend though? There's also a supermarket, pharmacy and few other shops across the road and it's a 7 minute walk to the metro.

Distance from City centre but easy enough to get to by Metro.

We loved this IBIS. Its location is great, the staff is wonderful, breakfast is AMAZING and the overall atmosphere on the hotel is very nice. The rooms were comfortable (loved the tub) and we especially LOVED the fact that maid service continues to be done here. It was so nice to return to a clean room with freshly made bed and new towels each day! Special shout out to the staff working the breakfast room......they work so HARD and are AMAZING at keeping things stocked and fresh. Its a less than 5 minute walk to bus, tram and/or Metro, so the location is great

My only suggestion for improvement relates to noise. And its noise on two levels (only one of which the hotel could likely have an impact on): the location of the hotel is great because its located near transportation including a major highway. So you get cars, trucks, buses honking away. Not a problem if you don't open your window/sliding door but we needed to do that for fresh air. But its very tolerable. The second issue, however, is that many business guests would gather in the very pretty and convenient courtyard. This often occurred late at night and after midnight. They tended to be noisy as they were having a good time. I might recommend that the hotel staff maybe implement a "no noisy gatherings" in the courtyard after a certain time, say midnight or 11 pm.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, tidy, and better than expected — it had been recently renovated and looked even nicer than the photos. The location is great, with easy access to metro and bus lines. Breakfast was simple but enough, and the small courtyard was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink or have breakfast. Overall, great value for the price!

The hotel has a Metro station nearby, which helped us get to the centre quickly. The room was small, but it was what we needed for the short trip. Staff were helpful, we were even able to get the room before the scheduled checkin time. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Towels were a bit stained (they looked clean, but probably some previous guests make-up did not come out after washing).

The room was newly renovated with basic amenities but thought fully done up. The mattress was very comfortable and breakfast was really good with loads of choice. Staff was very helpful especially Martha and Anais. Well done.

It was a one night stay as we did not get room in Mercure our tour hotel but we loved our overnight stay here. Nothing to complain about

The renovated lobby and breakfast area is super nice, and the renovated rooms are also very nice, they definitely give more 4 Star hotel room vibe

Some of the rooms are not renovated yet, so they can be dated, also the breakfast area is simply too small

Good value for money, very clean, offers decently priced parking (for Paris). Breakfast was good, room had AC and was quiet. Lovely small garden with small tables for the guests to use. Good wifi, nice and helpful staff.

The instructions for how to use the parking should have been sent in advance. The area is not very central, but the hotel is well connected and for our purposes it was ok.

The staff ( all of them at the reception daytime and night) are the heart of this hotel and the jewel of it. They store your food in the fridge and offer microwave 24hours. Location is great in Porte d'Orléans next to supermarkets etc. security is good as you can only access your floor if you have a card ( including the stairs)

Minimal room with very basic things not worth the money that is expensive compared to what is offered and compared to other hotels in the same zone!
