Very clean premises. Lots of clothes hangers. Varied lighting in bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Always plenty of hot water. Good shower. Good toilet flush. Simple to use heating/ air con system. Plenty of sockets, & 2 usb connections.

No drawer accommodation. No courtesy tea/coffee tray in room. Shower cubicle would have been better having a sliding door, rather than a fixed side screen, which didn't prevent water from escaping onto the floor. Basin plug wouldn't reopen to allow discharge of waste water. TV remote control didn't function properly.

The property is nice, clean and close to the metro. We stayed on the 5th floor. The room is very basic but clean. We manage to book a parking in their garage for 20 euros. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a small outside patio in the middle of the hotel which was really nice.

The traffic is too noisy, we can hear it loudly meaning there is no soundproofing. The room was too hot, there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. No accessible tea and coffee as in the room. There was, however, a coffee machine downstairs which was unfortunately, broken. I paid for 2+ euros only to find out it only dispensed sweet milk and no coffee.

The scrambled eggs in the breakfast were fabulous, with a good variety of fruits and breads. The lady at the reception was super friendly regarding questions about the neighbourhood. Despite she didn't know much about restaurants, cafes etc but she was happy to check them for me online and give her opinion as a local. I loved that it was within walking distance from the Orlybus bus stop (Catacombs).

The breakfast on my second day wasn't as great as the first. Both of the coffee machines were fault. It took a while to grab a coffee.

It’s a new hotel, in Montrouge which is a beautiful mini place just off the side of main Paris, the metro station is only 10 minutes away, with direct trains straight through to central Paris, the staff, breakfast and room were amazing and lovely, should I come back to Paris, I would not hesitate to book this place again, Merci !x

Kindness, daily cleaning, new, location in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to the metro - Porte D Orleans or Marie de Montrouge. Also, I celebrated my mother's birthday at the hotel bar with the cake and champagne brought by me and the staff was very kind.

Although the breakfast is very good, it is the same every day and there are no vegetables, so some diversification would be welcome.

Rooms are very nice and clean, beds are comfortable, shower area is decent, air conditioning works well!, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good. In general, this hotel is a keeper for future travels to Paris.

The hotel is located on a street ( Blvd. Pheripherique) where we did not feel safe walking at night.

Pretty spacious for a triple room. The bathroom also had all the amenities needed. The staff were friendly and the location is nice. There are some good boulangeries in the area and great food spots. The metro station is also very close. The only thing we would've liked to have in the room is a mini fridge.

Location is good. Far for centre, but covieniently reachable by metro in around 30 minutes. Area is nice and safe. Breakfast is good, only lacking the variety (if you stay longer).

Shower is not comfortable as it does not close and water can be all over the place. The ventilation can be better in the room and in the bathroom as well.

Convenient place. Here are many good restaurants and bakery nearby. Clean room and necessary facilities. Super friendly staff, which helped us find lost items. Thank you very much!

The air-conditioning may not be so powerful? It is not a big issue for me because the weather is not so hot.

The room was so clean and in a great condition. Staff's behavior was so polite and i really enjoyed it. Also they had everything for breakfast and it was so good

There was just a problem when they have cleaned the room they didn't change the towels.
