Very safe place, with comfortable rooms.Hotel stuff is very reliable and good people, they were always ready to help us. Hotel is Also a good value for money. With elevator and everything. 5 minutes away from Metro. 2-3 minutes away from supermarkets. Near this hotel are fast food restaurants like burger king, kfc, Macdonald's so this location was convenient for us as we were on budget. We were 3 women and always getting back home late, but district is very safe, we never felt any danger. Wifi works well, we didn’t have any problem with connection. Thank you 🙏🏻

If to be honest I didn’t wait something good for such price, coz it’s a Paris and a weekend, BUT the hotel just overcomes all my expectations: the room was super clean, the bath 🛁 with hot water, the bed 🛌 was comfortable and the main thing was the warm atmosphere inside! Great location! Only few meters away from subway and buses… So I highly recommend this hotel for such low price!

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the location was exceptional, extremely close to the 4 line. It was an extremely comfortable space and I’ll certainly be back to stay there again

Not so much a big deal, but the hotel is managed by a small live in staff I believe so if you come back at night late, it may be locked up for the evening, at which point you’d need to press the front door bell and wake them up, which I felt tremendously guilty about lol

The night clerk was a charmer and treated us very well. Neighbourhood had decent restaurants that we could walk too. Rooms are older, but functional. For once, an elevator not requiring one to have been on Weight Watchers for 10 years -- and we are small people. There are several metro and bus options nearby. We walked to Denfert-Rochereau and took RER to Charles de Gaule after taxi company put us on hold for 5 mins. Fortunately we travel with just backpacks.

Some dust bunnies in room. Desk not always manned. We had to text to get in one afternoon after touristing and needing the loo! Fortunately the answer was immediate. While not the fault of the hotel, the current issue of bed bugs in Paris had us searching everywhere.

Very nice, clean and basic. The surrounding area was clean and friendly, and the metro provided easy access to central Paris.

My only criticism is that there were no hot drink making facilities in the room. However, there is a nearby supermarket with a great selection of drinks. We ate breakfast in the local cafés

The room was nice and clean, with a great view, everything provided in the bathroom. Great staff! I immediately got help with my last-minute request 2 hours after having checked out of the hotel. Very responsive host. Adequate price for Paris. Great location too, 20 minutes from the city center by bus. Would recommend!

The room decor was great, and the space was bigger than expected. The staff was nice, everything went well.

Toiletries were a bit small so had to purchase some even for a two-day stay. It would have been good to have a coffee machine or something in the lobby as not many shops are open if you need coffee early.

I think the hotel offers services at a really super low price. I compared my staying experience with other hostels where the rooms were twice as small. But this one is super comfortable and feels like a real apartment, not just a hostel room. You can truly feel comfortable here.

I was a little bit confused about leaving the hotel room key at the reception, but I trusted the host and everything turned out to be okay. Another small suggestion is to add some shampoo and shower gel to the rooms.

This hotel has a lift! Keypad for entry is an excellent idea and worked well.

There should be bedside tables. Mirror in bathroom was so high that I couldn't see even the top of my head. Hook on wall needs to be reattached with proper wall-plugs (room 202). A note for reception: room keys should not be accessible to guests, perhaps a locked box with a small top opening should be provided for their return? However, I don't know how one could get one's key on returning, any time reception is not manned.

We don't have breakfast in Hotel Europe. We feel it is too expensive (9,5 Eur/person/day), so we don't take it. Besides that everything was awesome. Daily cleaning, great location, friendly staff. The sound insulation was good. There aren't any undesired noises.
