the staff was very nice and the value for a room in Paris was not bad, even considering what I didn't like about it.

The room was easily the smallest I've ever been in, and I've been in some SMALL hotel rooms in my life, even other small Parisian ones. I was expecting small, so this didn't dampen my mood. Who plans to spend much time in their room in Paris? My room was loud. Musicians and instrument makers should study this building for its ability to amplify the vibrations of every footstep and dragged suitcase into the resonating chamber of my tiny bedroom. It was mostly fine overnight and didn't wake me up much earlier than I wanted on most mornings, but that one morning I didn't feel well, Whooof!

I have spent 7 nights at the Hotel Aviatic in a single room. First and the most important one that I liked the most is staff at the hotel. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. My room has been cleaned and towel changed every single day. The location of the hotel is just great! Metro station (line 4) is right by the corner. There are plenty of shops and cafes around. I felt safe coming back late there. The access to the hotel was very easy, so was the check in and check out. On the day of check-out I left my backpack and went for a walk, which hotel is very nice to keep it safe. Breakfast was great, everything fresh and delicious. Great choice in drinks (different type of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc).

It was not a big issue for me, but having the second towel in the room would have been great. There is no elevator, you will have to carry your luggage up.

Great location close to Montparnasse Station and RER, clean, a good range of breakfast options (at least, everything you might want for breakfast: bread, butter, cheese, ham, salami, yogurt, cereal, juice, and tasty coffee from a machine).

It’s not something I disliked, just a heads up: please note that there is no lift and if you have a heavy suitcase, it might be really hard to take it up the steep staircase.

The staff , helpful , smiley and very willing to help. Clean , The area is great , the metro Line Four straight to Notre Dame . The cafes , the parks . Not touristy . I really liked it .

The only reason I took one point off is really my problem . The stairs . For a senior arriving from a 30 hour flight they were daunting . The staff helped me and after a day they were not a problem .

Location was great, easy to get from airport by RER and close access to metro. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, comfy bed, we could leave our bags before checking (and room was ready before the official time) and after checking at no cost. And the area offered several local cafes and restaurants with great food and not overpriced.

Everything was really good.

The location near a metro in the 14th arrondissement is great; one metro is less than a block away. The larger Denfert-Rochereau which has two metro lines, an RER train line, and the bus to Orly is only a little further. Most of the famous places in Paris are 20 minutes away. The restaurants and bakeries in the 14th are better and more reasonable than ones in more touristy areas. The hotel serves a nice, convenient breakfast starting from 7 AM so that we could get an early start, though nearby bakeries would have been good as well. Clean hotel with friendly staff.

Maybe it was just because we happened to be assigned to the handicapped-accessible room, but the shower was just a shower-head in the bathroom not any stall; shower curtains at least would have been nice. We didn't like the stone floor of the room at first, but it was clean and we got used to it after a couple of days.

The only thing I dislike is the fact that the hotel does not have elevator. Another thing is that it should be more clear the way that the hotel operates regarding check in and check out considering that the reception does not work 24h.

We stayed at Hotel Aviatic for 1 week, and really enjoyed our stay. Due to flight cancelation our check-in was at midnight, but there was a machine right infront at the door, very easy to handle and quick. The breakfast was basic but good, and we really liked the familial atmosphere. Awesome staff :-) The hotel is located right at a Metro station, and the neighborhood is nice, some restaurants and supermarket near by.

Our room was faced to the backyard, really nice and calm, and we would have loved to open the window at night. However, we also had a corridor infront of our patio door, which we could not dip only open widely. Due to the room beeing rather small (somehow typical French in such a big city) it got warm quickly and stuffy. But it did not bother us much, as the overall stay was positiv.

The location was very good. Next to bus stops, metro station and restaurants. The breakfast was sufficient. The room was small like all the rooms in Paris, but very clean, warm and safe. The stuff was friendly.

Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. It was OK for me, but others may have to consider it. Especially if they have big luggage.

It was extremely loud. You could hear the other guests walking up and down the stairs and every door squeak and slam.
