A lovely place to stay in Paris. A five minute easy walk from the Pernety Metro Station has you at the door. We were met by our hosts who are lovely people and they explained the room and surrounding area and some wonderful restaurant choices. The room has everything you need and the bathroom in exceptionally clean and basically looks new. We were definitely not disappointed and would stay again. Yes, you can see the tower from the window.

There is a washing machine in the room however you are asked to pay to use, Marie was more than happy to do for us it was just not we expected.

We had a delightful stay at this wonderful accommodation! The location was magical, with a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower visible from our window, adding a special charm to our visit. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable and attentive, making us feel right at home. Their kindness was further highlighted by the lovely souvenirs they gifted us on departure, which will forever remind us of our pleasant experience. We left with the best of impressions and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Paris.

This was a fantastic B&B. The host was amazing, and considering she used to be a travel journalist, she was able to give us some really great suggestions for places to visit nearby. The host also helped me out with my proposal while in Paris, so that was a much appreciated add-on! The room was very comfortable, and sufficient for our week long trip. No A/C considering this is France, but with the windows open, you get a very nice cool breeze being on the 5th floor. Also, you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the room! Huge bonus. The shower room was renovated just one month before we arrived, and it looked great. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in France. We used Uber and the Metro to get where we needed to go. Otherwise, we would just walk. By far the BEST Bakery in the city was right downstairs in the same building, "Maison Le Surfin". We ate there at least once each day.

I wish there was a better fridge as we consume large amounts of water in our normal day to day. I also wish there was A/C, BUT when traveling to other countries, cultural differences have to be taken into consideration. With this being said, fans and open windows and lukewarm water are perfectly fine when on vacation as long as it's not middle of summer I would imagine!

Loved the location. This is not a tourist area, but if you want a more local French experience, within easy reach of Metro and good travel across Paris, then this is perfect. Nice hosts, nice sized room for Paris, very comfortable bed. The only thing missing is a TV, but we were out a lot and only used the room to sleep and re-charge. We enjoyed walking around the area, and you are soon at Montparnasse. We would definitely come again and stay in the same room. Very enjoyable time.

I loved the room, the location, and the hospitality, there are 3 metro station in the nearby so it is easy to movie, You also can find groceries store, bulangeries and restaurants near, Marie is always nice and ready to answer Your questions, We'll definitely come back

The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. She labeled a map with the closest metro stations as well as how to get to all the local sights! She also offered to help us plan anything else if need be. Overall it was a great experience and I have no complaints. The bakery below was also very good.

Marie and Michel are so kind and helpful and always willing to help you plan out your itinerary for the day over a beautiful French breakfast. Marie was very understanding of my partners complicated dietary concerns and we were very grateful for the care. Amazing value for money, we were so grateful to stay here. A perfect way to experience Paris.

There is a boulangerie on the first floor of the building where you can buy a croissant or a sweet/salty cake. There are two different metro stations nearby You can see the Eiffel Tower from the window Quiet area

Sharp carpet, uncomfortable to walk without slippers Shampoo and soap were not replenished - this does not affect the quality of rest.

Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the bus station and underground metro. The host was very welcoming and friendly, also very helpful with recommendations. Very cosy room design. Comfy bed. The host was so thoughtful they even had umbrellas available for use. Very spacious apartment.

The bathroom was not well cleaned, there were some hairs here and there. The weather was very nice at night so we opened our windows, but the absence of mosquito nets made us regret. I also didnt like the absence of hotel slippers.

The hosts M & MM were so very friendly and informative. The breakfast was amazing, fresh bakery every day and different every day too. One day we ate the same bread as the president would eat, some home made offerings too, couldn't fault it! I was a bit of an awkward guest due to a family issue and the hosts were understanding and made it easy to still go and have a wonderful holiday, would totally recommend! Thanks again!
