I was able to combine a one week stay for business, with my family staying with me a couple of days. We mixed work and leisure easily, in Montparnasse, close to lovely rue Daguerre, which has everything you would ever need. The price was very reasonable for three people in that location. The staff very attentive. Breakfast delivered in the appartement. Lovely outside courtyard. I even got access to my room at 7:30AM, coming from the airport, which was an incredible gift.

The suite was very small, even though it had everything. And noise isolation was less than perfect. For 240 Euros per night, for 3, in Paris, this is understandable.

Very nicely renovated old building, congratulations to the architects and the owners. Nice neighbourhood, very calm. Several metro stations at walking distance. The garden at entrance must be great in spring.

if you are not used to old buildings, the smell from water system may surprise you. The room is rather small and there is no elevator. If you have big luggages, it may be challenging. The room where we stayed started to deteriorate, door of the bathroom, the sofa, the furniture of the kitchen corner need to be fixed. It is a pity for such a nicely renovated place.

Location is fantastic. Everything we needed was just there, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, pubs... Even laundrette. Very close to the Metro station to take you nearer the centre or to other stations to catch other trains. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Rooms were good, everything we needed though rather small. Great little kitchen with amini fridge and coffee machine. Loved the courtyard!! Was a nice meet up area as we were quite few, spread over 3 rooms.

One of our bedrooms and toilets didn't have a window (lounge and 2nd bedroom had large windows). It was quite warm in the room. Though we got given fans. Once we opened the sofa beds, there wasn't room to move around the room but it was fine. I'd still choose to stay there again.

Very nice and helpful attitude of all staff, we arrived earlier with kids, and the hotel provided the room. Many thanks for this! The inner court is very nice and the hotel is located a beautiful old mansion. Very good equipment of room and Nuxe cosmetics in bedroom. Also, the hotel provided slippers.

The area is not very nice for Paris. Lots of old not renovated houses around , not a good place to walk around, especially with kids. Only in one street 5 min walk we found a good boulangerie and some shops.

The apartment was really cozy. All staff members were really friendly and accomodating, additionally considering special needs (e.g. allergies to perfumes in cleaning fluids, which they considered, or earlier check ins). We arrived early and though they helped us and managed to make the room as quickly accesible as possible. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The parking space costs additionally, but is really worth it. The room had a nice view in to the inner courtyard/entrance, which looked lovely. The windows were well insulated and you had comfortable silence in the apartment. The stay was really enjoyable and I can definitely recommend Helzear suites.

The junior suite apartment is really cozy, however it might be a little small for longer trips. The cooking equipment is sufficient, but you might need some extras for meal prepping or cooking bigger meals. Its perfect for short trips though (1-3 nights).

I looooooved the place. Very quiet, nice, and spacious. The staff, Sabia and Farid, are the best! Very professional people but, at the same time, warm and empathetic. They were ble to accommodate our late check out, and they were always there to answer our questions or give us recommendations about the area, restaurants, etc. We I'll definitely stay at this location next time. The place is very centric with multiple grocery shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. My family party was 4 people, and everyone was able to sleep well and relax.

We had a very plesant stay here. Apartment was clean and cozy, we booked two-bedroom apartment was only 25qm but so smart organized that was a perfect for 4 person. Location is also very good: nice and peacefull neighborhood, but still possible to reach all the sights even by foot (if you like to walk 30-60min) Special Thanks on Akli for his professonal service, he was very friendly and helpfull all the time, even walked us to the garage and helped with parking. 10/10 Highly recommend this place for stay. well cleaned shower room with nuxe shampoo and conditioner and enough water pressure. room is clean enoigh and my husband and daughter who have allegy don't have any symptom in the room. the bed,is wide enough for two person. and the sofa bed is also comfortable. the location from a subway station and the monparnasse station is close by walk. it is located in a very quiet place. we will stay there again when we visit paris again.

Firstly, the assistance from the staff was exceptional. I was greeted by a smile and shown everything from the room to the parking location and how to access it all. My friend was sitting outside in the morning and was momentarily barefoot, to which he was given a pair of slippers for comfort. He didn't ask, but was assisted. The location is great, considering the price. It also all felt safe.

The beds were okay, and only one pillow on average per bed. Our apartment had little ventilation, but I guess the building design doesn't help much for that. It is still great value for money, but the next step of comfort could be to focus on the beds and linen a little bit more and to try create some mechanical ventilation.

The hotel was tucked away in a cozy square. The bathroom was modern and felt brand-new - did not get a chance to try the sauna, wish I had; we tried the spa tub and it was great! Amenities like room slippers were available so that was very nice. The location was great, right next to a busy street with lots of shops and bakeries, which started our Paris trip on just the right foot! They let us drop off our bags before check in as well which was VERY helpful!
