The welcoming staff, the open reception 24H/24H. The location, the good matrass, the decoration; the breakfast

The size of the breakfast room and our room was a bit narrow but this is part of the building and cannot be changed.

The staff was exceptional -- helpful and friendly. This was not one or two individuals, but everyone we came in contact with. The room was spacious by Paris standards, furnished to a high standard and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was huge. We have never stayed in the 14th arrondisement before and were hugely impressed. It was clean, very safe, and had an enormous number of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We will stay here again. Metro transportation was nearby, including the RER Line B to CDG Airport.

Our first room was very nice and cozy, with a perfect view and a bath. Complimentary biscuits made our day of arrival, thank you! The second room had only a shower. The gem of the hotel is people who work there! They are ready to help you in any case, with any complain and make it quick and polite. Thank you!

Breakfast wasn't really varied. I know the kitchen there is small, so sometimes you have to wait for an egg to be boiled or that all pancakes have already cooled. I came with my daughter, but unfortunately our neighbors were a really loving couple (if you know what I mean), so it was impossible to stay in in the evening and at night. Right after our first night I asked to been move to quieter room, so we ended up on the last floor save and sound till the end of out stay.

The location is nice. The service is also great, especially the free umbrellas and tea. The space of room is acceptable and the WiFi is fast. The room is clean.

The outside is noisy. The sound insulation is not very good. There is no content available to watch on TV. The red wallpaper is not very comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, around 10min walk from the nearest metro station. Decent room size (within Paris standards) and spacious bathroom. Room was clean with daily room service

The hotel has a very good location. You can take different metros (4,13,6) and bus at a very short walking distance. The area is pleasent and quite and yet close to the city center. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. We had a very pleasent stay. I will stay here again!

Polite and helpful staff.

Breakfast room very small which was fine on one day, but they had a very large family (20+ people) staying there that all descended upon the breakfast room at the same time. Maybe they should have been given a private time slot.

Staff were awesome and couldn't do enough to help with any questions we had. Lovely quiet location for exploring Paris, very near to 2 metro stations, lots of shops and cafes in the area.

Shower could have been nicer.

The red walls in the rooms is a bit stressful. Calmer colours would make a big difference for the interior rooms

Staff very personable and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Quiet room with good bed.

With no air conditioning, it needed better ventilation. Room only had two windows with no screens that opened directly to courtyard. Typical small Parisian room.
