We had a very pleasant stay! Very nice and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is on a very good location. Under the hotel is a very good local bakery, 1 minute walking from the metro station, they are a lot of restaurants/cafés, stores and pharmacy around, but was also quite so it was very nice. We had an amazing time here and I highly recommended it. Well deserved 5 stars!

We loved everything, It would be just good if there is a mini fridge in the room.

Room was recently renovated and was excellent and very clean. The room was not spacious, but that is always the case in Paris. The staff were very good and reception staff had good English skills. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and a supermarket within 3 min walk. Metro station 100m away and lots of bus options nearby which connect to the main sites.

No problems at all. A small bar fridge would be nice, but not complaining.

Nicely located almost over the Metro Pernety with nice restaurants, boulangeries, markets etc connected by a bus to Place D Italie.... polite (but ineffective on a single issue - see comment) staff who helped with a few things , the room , bathroom are nicely appointed but with just enough space to move around the bed with dangerously low protruding obstructive beams. Could do with glasses instead of paper cups. Requested housekeeping to change sheets last day which unfortunately didn't happen though they cleaned the room well and provided fresh towels and extra duvet. I would go back to stay but they need to take customer complaints a lot more seriously and provide closure if they display three stars on the door!

It has to be the lack of responsiveness to my immediate complaint about the malfunctioning TV. Usually I don't watch TV but this trip was during the Paris 2024 Olympics and throughout my three days stay (after what must have SIX occasions when I repeatedly brought it to what was FOUR front desk personnel attention) all I got was excuses and explanations of what was or could be the problem. This unsavoury experience was really quite a blot on an otherwise nice hotel but passing the buck and lack of resolution isn't really my idea of customer service!

Super friendly staff. Our room was ready slightly before check-in.. helped greatly since travelling w kids. There was a thankfully a lift for luggages. Building, room & bathroom was clean. Linens and towels provided. Great location. Cute neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and bakeries just steps away. I recommend for the price & experience.

No small fridge in room… I had personal medication that needed to stay cold. So I used the mug they provided in the room and put cold water in it and changed it as often as I could.

We were able to book in at about 9pm and were warmly welcomed by the man at reception. He was very kind and helpful. The room on the 4th floor was cute although a tall person may find it difficult. The location was great with a metro very close and bus to the RER to get to the airport also very close. Open 24/7 meant we could go out late at night and be let back in as the reception man recognised us and was so lovely. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. Myself and 2 teenage daughters felt safe there.

It was very dark with only a few lamps.

The hotel is located in a busy and friendly area, you will find nice restaurants and shops nearby! The metro is just a few steps away, or you take a longer stroll and can easily walk to the river! The room was freshly furnished and comfortable.

A little kettle for early morning tea was unfortunately missing, but we could do without.

Clean room/bathroom Great location to Metro -step away with person at metro station to answer question Pastry shop on the corner, fruit stand across the street. A couple of Restaurant/Bar on next corner few steps away

Breakfast… with to many other options just out the door.

I always enjoy this hotel! The staff are very nice indeed, great location for me as Montparnasse Station and friends live near by. Hotel is being redone and I got a redone room. All good and the price was particularly attractive becausee works are on. SoI could afford it this time. ! Hope I can afford it next time I go!

Allabsolutely fine

Cute little Parisian room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. It had a window that opened up fully and you could see the top of the Eiffel tower. Air conditioner worked well and staff were very friendly. Budiling also has an elevator, bonus! Cafes and restaurants close by and close to a metro station, so extremely easy to get around.

The air-conditioning worked almost too well and was temperature controlled and locked so could not be adjusted. Although would prefer an aircon that was too cold than not one at all and would not impact me staying there again

Location near Métro, bakeries, restaurants CLEAN!!! Loved this!!!!

Door slamming / very loud whenever anyone closes the doors Some Staff at front desk not welcoming or friendly (most were very nice) Our bags were stolen before arriving in Paris and the man at reception charged us €2 for a toothbrush! This isn’t a hostel for F1 hotel so I was surprised (but happy they had one for us🥹)
