Friendly stuff, it was my first visit to Paris so I was lucky that I met receptionist Amin who speaks Arabic and explained some stuff to me and answered my questions, room is small but does the job and bed is comfortable, location is good and near metro station, there was an elevator so I didn’t carry my luggage up and down. I might stay there again

There was no free water in the room unlike other hotels

The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Everything was clean, bed and pillows super comfy. Renovated modern look. Great location, restaurants, shops, bars, everything needed is at hand, metro station within 3 minutes distance. Breakfast was good. Elevator functioning correctly.

None of this things were a problem for me, but still I think it's worth mentioning for someone planning to stay here: There was an engine that was turned on at 7 am, I'm guessing a water pump or something of the sort. No problem for me since I had to wake up early anyways, but could be a problem for someone wanting to wake up late. I was staying in the 5th floor, maybe you wouldn't hear it in another floor. Not a biggie though. Also, the WC was in a very tight space, someone big just wouldn't be able to use it. Maybe it's different in other rooms.

Comfortable clean room and spotless bathroom. It was on the small side but we managed. What really made this place was the hospitality from the receptionist when we checked in. He was so friendly and helpful. He ensured we could check in early as we were tired after an early start and made recommendations on restaurants in the local area. The location was perfect for its proximity to Gare Montparnasse and the metro and had a number of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

Room was a bit small.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would just like to add that for the room, maybe a kettle for some tea, coffee and complimentary drinking water. This is especially nice and convenient for travellers. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend.

The hotel is located near a metro station so it was easy to get to and around the city. The staff was always very nice - friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, well-equipped with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. All in all: excellent value for the price. Thank you!

Great location, great staff, fairly small but perfectly functional room. Great price. I’ll be back next time I’m In Paris.

Saturday night so some noise from the street but it didn’t bother me enough to get out of bed and close the window. Part of the culture of the area.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Allowed us to store luggage, the room was comfortable, mini fridge and aircon, and the location is great, right next to the metro and many great restaurants!

Room was perfect.

3 pm checkin is much too late. 2 pm would be dramatically better - especially after flying all night, landing at 7AM and having no place to rest until 3pm.

a big plus that you can with a dog

The location is good, the room is small but clean with all necessary facilities.

Had to hand over the room key to the reception every time leaving the hotel, tho I somehow understand it’s for safety reasons.
