Excellent service. The breakfast was spectacular. The hotel is located right in front of the train station. If you arrive at Gare Montparnasse, just take a quick connection—two stops—and you’ll come out right across from the hotel. The bed and mattress were super comfortable, and everything was very clean. There’s a shop right across the street and a bakery on the corner. The front desk staff, both the young person and the older gentleman, were very kind and helpful. The best of the best. Would come back only because of them. Also the are is very safe and you can’t beat hotel prices over there comparing to other areas in Paris.

The bathroom on the first floor could use some renovation and should be made more presentable, along with the surrounding area outside that bathroom. Trash can in the bathrooms could be bigger.

I had a great time at this hotel. It´s got a great location, right by a metro station and walking distance to another one. The neighbourhood is lively and full of great restaurants and shops and I had no issues coming back late at night as a woman traveling alone. I loved my room - it was cozy and very clean but most of all, I have to commend the staff. They were super kind and helpful to me. I had an issue with my baggage and they were so attentive the whole time. I felt very welcome and taken care of. I would absolutely recomend this hotel and stay there again next time I´m in Paris. The breakfast was also quite good.

Boutique Hotel very personal. The room is small (but many rooms in France are very small and you spend a lot more money on them). Basic breakfast, but exactly what you need to get something in your stomach to begin your journey for the day. The location is perfect. It’s right outside of the subway system and if you relatively good shape, it’s really not that far to walk to the Eiffel Tower and all the other tourist attractions, but situated in a local neighborhood that gives you even more of the experience of the true Parisian life. local restaurants, bakeries, and shops. When I travel, I like to go to the tourist zones to see the area, but I’d like to stay outside so I can get a daily break from the hustle of tourists. This hotel property is able to provide that. I will definitely be back to this property. enjoy your stay.

This hotel is beautiful! We were very impressed to find such a green little heaven so close to Montparnasse. The room isn't huge, but it's bright, inviting, comfortable, well ventilated and overall quite pretty. The stairs (no elevator) are so big and wide that it feels like luxury. The staff is friendly and helpful (as much as Parisians can be). It is a 10-15min walk to the Montparnasse train station (which is different to the metro station, another 10min further away). There's a supermarket nearby, but don't forget that everything is closed on Sundays.

My room was ready 2 hours earlier than official check-in time. THANK YOU so much for that! Usually I avoid everything less than 3 stars hotels, but during the olympics most hotels were full or out of budget. What was my surprise to discover this 2 stars-haven of peace in the middle of Paris! I had the cutest room ever, in a courtyard with flowers and a nice terrasse. The staff was adorable and I liked the seperate entrance that made me feel like home. Location is perfect, right in front of a metro station and close to many small shops and convenience stores. I will definitely stay there again and ask for the same room. 😊

Room was small but cozy. Location was perfect. It is close to the metro, and there are a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

People were very noisy when they came in. They spoke as if no one else was there. I only slept around 3 hours the last night if my stay. I think it be nice to remind guest not to speak too loudly or hold conversations outside of their room after midnight. Thank you.

The hotel is very easy to find, literally just across the street from the Pernety metro station, and has a couple of supermarkets nearby + a lot of restaurants, bars and small shop around it. The room was spacious, with plenty of power outlets and light sources. Hot water was available all the time. The wifi offered decent speed all around the property. We also had breakfast included. It wasn't anything fancy, but for us it was quite enough (baguette, croissant, butter, jam, yogurt, some charcuterie, coffee, tea, milk..). It was quiet, we didn't hear the noise from the street or from other guests, and the terrace was just the place we needed to have a glass of wine and wind down after a busy day of sightseeing. We were given all the privacy we needed. We're definitely going to recommend it to our friends and we'll look for availability if we're ever going back to Paris.

The only thing that we missed a bit was a mini-fridge in the room, but since we went in February, it was still cold enough outside, so we left things like a water bottle, that we wanted cold, on the terrace and it was enough.

A lovely quirky hotel in an ideal location right opposite the metro. The area around the hotel is great to walk around, with loads of bistros, cafes and boulangeries. I booked a single room which was a good size, and the bed was large for a single and very comfortable. The aircon worked well and everything was spotlessly clean. Cannot fault in any way and would stay here again if I revisit.

Very helpful and nice staff Right next to the metro station - I could be anywhere in Paris in 30 minutes maximum Studio hidden deeper inside the building (no loud noises from the street) despite exit being located on a lively street Nice patio to have breakfast on Smell of flowers on the hallway 😊

Studio is a bit small, but that's Paris for you, size of a room is also reflected in the price

We had to leave a day early because of a family emergency so did not have breakfast (was paid for two times) and only stayed one night, but could not be compensated. We truly understand this, but maybe the breakfast x2 could have been compensated
