The area of Neuilly-Plaisance is lovely and the hotel itself had nice decor and friendly staff.

Parking was very difficult with a 2.3m high van, the bathroom was very small, and as mentioned in previous reviews, the lighting in the corridors is very poor. Within the room the light switches are overly complicated too.

The room was neat and clean, the shower was great, and the bed was large and comfortable. The espresso machine with pods was a nice touch (when most hotels only provide instant coffee).

Fred Hotel is a small gem in the 14th district. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the Plaisance train station. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and modern decor. The breakfast/lobby area is warm and inviting. Many shops closeby as well as bistros and cafes. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond trying to assist you with all your questions/needs. The experience that you take away is often created by the staff--thank you to Panagiotis, the gentleman who works in the evening was amazing helping my mother-in-law getting to the airport, the female who works breakfast was super friendly and warm--and the rest of their colleagues for creating a positive and memorable Parisian experience.

There aren't any suggestions I could give. I think I had everything I needed available to be me. The Fred Hotel has it covered. If the weather was better, we would have used the garden. Did not get to experience this part of the hotel because of the weather.

The receptionists are nice and friendly. The hotel provides water and you can refill sparkling in the dining room. The room is clean and cozy.

It’s hard to keep the floor dry in the bathroom. There’s no shower curtain. When you shower, water just leaks and flow on the floor. I felt a bit of offensive when I refilled water in the dining room. A female staff just stood by me and watched me all the time till I finished. It seemed that I was suspicious and needed a monitor.

Very good access to Metro station. There are two stations less than 5 minutes walk away. Bed was really comfortable. The room was clean, although it was a bit small, but this is what we booked. Area was quiet at night time. There are so many halal restaurants nearby. Parking is in Hospital, which is about 5 to 7 minutes walk away from the hotel. Parking costs us 20 euros per day. We didn't try their breakfast, so I can't comment. Overall Good experience

The boutique hotel was very nice. The room was a very nice size room with a shower that had a tub, a safe in the room and a nice size television. It was very comfortable.

The property itself was fine it’s a boutique hotel, so unlike large hotels, it doesn’t have a refrigerator in a microwave in the room but outside of that in terms of your sleeping accommodations it was great. The hotels location is good as well for daytime purposes I would have to say at night. Many of the local shops were closed and so it wasn’t as robust of an area, but it definitely is a easy hop via the local metro, which is a five minute walk to some of the more popular areas for night entertainment !

Like- Room is clean and comfortable. Nice location. It is near 2 train station stops Pernety and Plaisance. It is a few train stops from Gare Montparnasse. It has a nearby supermarket. A lot of restaurants in the area. We were able to leave our luggage’s for a few nights when we went to Lourdes. Dislike- shower has no curtains, so water splashes all over the floor
