All the staff were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant was amazing and the room was beautifully decorated and spacious considering you’re in the centre of Paris.

Unfortunately there was an elevator out of order during my stay, which caused the second elevator to be a little crowded but nothing too bad, and not the hotel’s fault.

- Staff were very welcoming on arrival. They were aware that we would be arriving mid-morning and they did their best to accommodate that. A room was ready for us. We really appreciated that. - Large room. Bed very comfortable. Great bathroom. Water bottle given each day. A very nice space to relax. - Sam the bartender was kind, friendly and attentive. He provided great service. - The bar area was nice and comfortable. Happy hours at the bar was great. - Breakfast was also very good. Good choices and the quality of the good was great. - All staff were friendly and helpful. Always happy to help.

Great location, loved the hotels style and coziness it offered.

The tv functionalities weren’t the best and that’s a shame as everything else about the room was perfect. The breakfast situation is weird, it’s almost like it’s never enough food down there, but what was there was very tasty.

one of the employee stole my watch just before my checkout, and when I raised the issue, it was not taken seriously untill i mentioned that i will call police to start proper investigation. Watch was left to be charged on the charger, and that was the only reason i didn't use the watch, while they "found watch on ground floor" by employee when adressed.

Great hotel, lovely suite, better staff especially the Front Desk manager from Sri Lanka was brilliant and really took care of us while we visited for our 14th wedding anniversary.

great location - 2 minute walk to metro station and very quiet area - lots of small cafe/bars restaurants between the hotel and the restaurant and a carrefour supermarket right across the street

only that the air conditioning in the room was very weak? we complained to reception to fix … but didn’t seem any better for remainder of our stay - we stayed during the heatwave week so picked hotel room with air conditioning deliberately (it was 36 degrees in daytime- so hot outside)

The facilities were great, the staff were kind and professional. The room was clean and really modern.

the property was really great, the rooms are huge compared to what is usually expected in Paris. the staff is great and really friendly. the location is good as well very close to the train station
