Location was good for the value. The reception staff were helpful and the rooms were comfortable.

The restaurant staff were appalling. Travelling with two impatient and hungry children we waited an unacceptable time to order as only 1 server was capable of receiving orders. I was informed this by a rather flippant waiter who rolled his eyes telling me that he was able to take our order but walked away and never returned. Children are not allowed in the SkyBar at any time which was disappointing as this is a selling point of the hotel.

Under 18 s can’t access the Sky Bar. As we travelled as a family we couldnt go there. This was very disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. It was not obvious when booking .

Rooms were spacious for paris Bed was very comfortable and roomy enough for two people. Love the c.o.bigelow toiletries/ amenities were provided in the room/ Nespresso machine/ipad welcome screen. Loved the views of south paris (no Eiffel tower)from the window especially at sunset from floor 27 Room had lot of mirrors which made the room feel light and spacious. Location is very convenient right opposite the montparnasse station. Plenty of shops/ restaurants/ transport links right outside. We loved the shopping centre/ supermarket and foodcourt located right under the hotel. The reception is on higher floor not ground floor. There was always hotel staff to help/ guide you. Lobby was always busy with people. There is a Italian restaurant/ coffee shop/ ice cream kiosk in the lobby area.

It is a busy hotel so checkin took a few minutes even though we did online checkin. There was construction outside the hotel. So pavements were nonexistent in some area around the hotel. Hopefully that should be resolved in time.

- breakfast was ok, but it could have some more variety resp. they could change some small thing from one day to the other. At the moment, the buffet is every day exactly the same

The property is located in excellent location near to train station and the zone offered a lost restaurants nearby,just a couple of minutes walking has a shopping mall in the corner on the side a Mercado for if you need water juices some food to snack for you every day ,pharmacy just 3 minutes walk and the hotel is beautiful inside so clean the staff was amazing they accommodate my family so well I travel with 6 adults and tree toddlers and everything was so smooth,the room was spectacular spacious and super clean ,the lobby has a bar and decorated beautifully for Christmas,they has a Figlia restaurant inside ,rooftop lounge for $50.00 if you going up for relax and take some drinks perfect nightand the Ummami restaurant too ,they offer a breakfast for $35.00 if you need some day take a good breakfast,taxis always in the door and the Uber so fast,if you going ti Trocadero for see a Eiffel Tower is jus 10 min in car and if you like walk is Monparnasse beautiful to discover some restaurants and this side of the city,I’ll recommend this hotel 100%.

Staff service was excellent, especially the concierge team (in particular, Sarah Hatoum) who was very diligent and most helpful in her follow-ups to my transport queries and bookings. Hotel rooms were also very newly renovated and clean (housekeeping was good) Location was very convenient, and especially good for dining and taxi options! Gym amenities was also good - fairly new and a good range of weights, cardio (treadmill, cross trainer, spin bikes), boxing etc equipment

The format of the toilet - there are two “entrances” to the toilet, one of which is just a curtain. And the shower area is just in front of the curtain, and the curtain is just beside the main hotel door/ walkway once you enter the room… So it is not the most preferred type of room layout if you are rooming with friends. Not sure if this is only for the family room or for all rooms.

Everything about this property was clean and well kept. The staff are extremely kind and professional, and the breakfast is wonderful too. Dominic was extremely kind particularly as we were leaving as he hailed us a taxi to the airport amidst traffic due to organized protests in the city and got it to us for cheaper than Uber! He even loaded our bags into the car. it was very appreciated. There are some restaurants in the hotel lobby and a very good cafe and a fun sitting area where guests would stay if they did not want to stay in their rooms after being out which I loved. We stayed in a double room as a family of four and found there was plenty space. The rooms are very updated and well kept, and towels and sheets get changed at your choice. The hotel is near a major train station so it’s possible to go literally anywhere in France once you figure it out. There’s some construction in the area temporarily but nothing that is loud at all. The area around is so fun to walk around and get lost in and the restaurant line up is stunning! Also a supermarket next door and up the block from the restaurant if you care for that. Overall I am so happy with our stay at Pullman Montparnasse and we agreed that when we come back to Paris, we’ll only stay here :)

We liked everything about the property. The hotel room and bathroom were aesthetically pleasing and big enough given the European hotel room standards. The hotel in general was very clean with modern and beautiful finishes. The hotel and concierge staff were helpful and could communicate in English, special mention to Gaelle, Charlotte, Laura and Ousmane for all the assistance that they provided.

The housekeeping staff who serviced our hotel room the day before we checked out could have done a better job as on all the other days the service was consistent. Complementary water, some towels and other amenity were not replenished. We had to call housekeeping twice to get these.

We have stayed on the other side of Paris (more towards the Notre Dame) and love the quaint shops and Cafes. The rooms are quite small by American standards but it was great. The coffee spot in the lobby gal, Val, was awesome and had great suggestions for places to eat and shop. This location requires either lots of walking to an UBER. The Italian restaurant in the lobby is a delightful treat... great pizza.

Room was small and our second and third nights were really expensive... not what I was expecting.

You had to spend 50Euro per person to go to the rooftop bar. The menu was very small….I understand having to have a reservation but I think a 2 drink per person should be enough. Just a thought….The service was so slow there…. Also… the nespresso machine in the room was impossible to operate….. I have one similar at home so I am familiar with this kind of machine. Maybe put a directional card next to it ?? That would be helpful.
