The room is comfortable and has enough space for three people, the bed and the linens are cozy and the heater works just fine. There are grocery stores nearby and is close to some subway stations. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good, though simple.

The bathroom is small and the shower can be a bit claustrophobic for taller and bigger people. The acoustics insulation is very bad, you can hear people waking and talking. The WiFi connection is so poor, most times it didn’t work properly. Like most of Paris buildings, there’s no lift, so be prepared to climb the stairs with luggage.

Quiet location close to the train station. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast. The air conditioning and hot water worked nicely.

During tourist season all the prices are higher. So, it was a bit pricey for a tight little room without a view. It had a small window to a ventilation shaft.

Hotel has best air conditioning I have experienced while visiting Paris. The staff is very cordial and welcoming. Typically my go to hotel when staying in Paris as it is a great value.

The odownsidenside is the walls are thin so can easily hear people talk in the hallway or while going up the stairs. Shower can be small if are a big person like me but very managable.

This was a low price hotel near Montparnasse station. The room was basic, but fine. Very much what I would expect from a hotel in this class. The room was fine. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean, and shower had hot water. The wifi worked fine. The staff was nice. The neighborhood is safe. There is a boulangerie next door, a bus stop nearby and the metro only a couple of blocks away.

The room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. This was an inconvenience, but not a complaint. If you are someone who has trouble with stairs, then this hotel might not be for you, or you would want to inquire about on which floor your room would be before booking. I chose a room facing the courtyard instead of the street. Often rooms facing the street have a lot of street noise. The "courtyard" was a 1m x 2m shaft. Not a problem, but I'm stating this here so others know what to expect.

Well located in Montparnasse 8 minutes away from train and metro stations. Although size of the bedroom is rather small, it is clean and comfortable and complimented by a restricted en-suite. Breakfast is OK. The reception staff are courteous, attentive and helpful.

There is no lift. Sometimes, sounds from the above room or the hallway can pass through the walls, but it is bearable. Like all hotels in Paris, a bit overpriced for what it proposes...

Location close to metro, Ave d’Maine. Montparnesse Tower, Restaurants, shopping and my fave boulangerie. Our front desk concierge was excellent, very helpful. The room was always clean. The breakfasts were fantastic! Tasty with delicious. breads, jams, cheese, coffee, tea, fruit, yoghurt, etc.

it was warm there, no AC and no portable fan. maybe request that before you go. The pub patrons down the street were noisy. often hear other guests while in room. set white noise on your phone that helped me.

Staff were so friendly and lovely. Everything was spotless and the room was cleaned and towels changed each day. Really enjoyed the little bakery down the road. Also it was super close to Gaite Metro and a bus stop too. Very well connected place!

There is no lift, but as long as you don't have heavy bags you will be fine.
