The staff was incredibly attentive and willing to assist as much as possibly. Staying with children, the apartment features (i.e., kitchenette, dishwater and utensils, launderette were extremely convenient. The location was outstanding, near to a Lidl for groceries as well as many bistros, boulangeries, and cafes. Buses and metro ate blocks away and the beds were very comfortable. Espresso and coffee as well as tea and water are always available and the small courtyard area in the back lets you have a quiet break before heading out or when just getting back.

The property is slightly dated and it does show signs of wear and tear; however, we were specifically told that they are to start undergoing significant renovations over the coming year and will certainly address this.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff consistently demonstrated genuine care for their guests. A special mention goes to Lorenzo, whose professionalism and warm attitude stood out throughout my stay. Lorenzo went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, reflecting the hotel’s high credibility and strong commitment to customer satisfaction. His attention to detail, clear communication, and thoughtful support truly elevated the experience. It’s rare to find such dedication and integrity in service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, reliability, and top-tier hospitality.

Honestly nothing

Good sized apartment with most kitchen items you need to make quick dinner. Perfect location next to train station, supermarket, cafes & restaurants. Very friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable & the anti-slip mat provided for the bath was very helpful. Also, we got a lovely view.

The building was a bit old & tired. The place could've been cleaner. Also our fridge wasn't working properly. The cot they provided didn't come with any sheets & blankets and was placed next to an open window (we moved it of course). It was overall a nice stay, just a few small changes would've made it better.

This is a little gem. Excellent location just a walk from Gare Montparnasse with a metro close by. In the street next to Citadines are lots of restaurants and bars. There's also a Carrefour and Lidl for any groceries you may need. The room we were in was at the back of the building and super quiet. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped. The shower over the bath had good water pressure. Last but certainly not least were the friendly smiling staff.

There was nothing we didn't like

The property is in a great location, meters away from Gaite metro (line 13) and few minutes from Montparnasse station. The area is very lively, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. The apartment was lovely, perfect size for 4 people as it has a separate bedroom and a double sofa bed, which was very comfortable. The kitchen provided all appliances and necessary bits to cook, and the toilet has a good shower.

The walls are paper thin, so we could hear our neighbours, both on top of us and next to our apartment, which can be annoying at times. Overall it wasn't too bad though.

The location was perfect for us - near the train station (Montparnasse) and steps away from public transportation. There was a LIDL a 2 minute walk away and a gigantic Monoprix just around the corner. My husband and I will definitely book here on our next visit to Paris!

There is a lovely courtyard for you to enjoy. However, the one time my husband and I wanted to sit out there, there was another couple smoking. I understand that many Parisians/People smoke, but this was a disappointment for us.

Location was reasonable, good restaurants nearby, especially Le Maine cafe, a bit of a walk to most things. Room was very clean and efficient. Actually quite liked the bath. Front desk very kind and attentive. Laundry was available if needed.

Room not quite as depicted online. "Quiet" is relative of course. Hoped not to be facing the street but the black out curtains helped. Price a bit high, double that which shows on the general Booking search, as room smaller than anticipated, eg. no couch or bay window with view. Only second floor so not much view. Cannot recommend taxi to approach. Train took same time but cheaper and near direct.

Value for money. I think the room was quite expensive given the size.

The location was great, just a short walk away from several metro stations. The room and facilities were good and the room was a good size, given that this was in central Paris. Wifi was good. Reception was always staffed and the people were very friendly and helpful. Very close to restaurants/supermarkets which was a bonus. Despite being on a busy street, the room was very quiet and we had no problems.

Location was wonderful-close to lots of restaurants and places to visit. Our room was on the top floor so helped keep road noise down. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very small and helped having a small kitchenette to utilize. The front desk staff sent us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our 30th anniversary.

Room maintenance in the bathroom was a bit lackluster.
