Well located, quiet, personal and caring staff throughout, and a good breakfast. I had a well appointed modernised room, with carefully thought out facilities, including wall hangers, and a large enough, well equipped wardrobe. But oh dear, the bedroom lighting!

It was not possible to light bedroom 306 sufficiently. I don’t know about any other room, but in 306 the soft lighting and smart switches were insufficient to provide enough light to read by, neither in the room as a whole, nor over the desk/dressing table. Surely it doesn’t have to be either soft lighting and excellent on/off dimmer switches or bright lighting when and where needed. Can’t it be both?

room was on the second floor, check in desk was on the first, so up a level along a corridor to my room , which was compact but very clean with a lovely clean bathroom as well. Hotel gave me suggestions where to eat, location was fantastic for Montparnasse main line train station, which i needed to get to early the next morning. It was an easy 5 minute walk. would definately stay again, if required to in that area. even had a complimentary bottle of cold water in the room, happy days.....

nothing really, it was as advertised and previous feedback left by other travellers.

Our room was on the top floor, and it was very quiet as requested. We loved the calm breakfast area, the good coffee, and the large assortment of breakfast options. The front desk staff were wonderfully kind and helpful, they let us check in slightly early after a long flight, they offered to help us with our luggage, they let us store our luggage between check out and our train departure, every staff person we met was kind, patient and professional. I would stay here again for sure.

The beds were very hard and since we had to go to bed early due to jet lag we would have liked shutters or shades on the window (there were just curtains), but this was a small point.

The location is great—it's close to public transport and a train station, so it takes only 15 minutes to get downtown. The room was warm and cozy, and they also cleaned it daily. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, so the overall experience was good.

The room feels like a classical Parisian apartment—it's very tiny. This is not a con, but as a recommendation, a mini—fridge would be great in the room.

This was our third time staying at this hotel, so clearly I am a fan. The staff here has been consistently wonderful throughout the years, the rooms are super clean with everything you could need at a very fair price, and the location is wonderful. Close to the metro, there's a lovely market around the corner on Saturday, a grocery store less than a block away, and my favorite creperie (Creperie de Josselin) is a 3 minute walk. Breakfast is a perfect start to the day and well worth the price. Just can't say enough how much I enjoy this hotel! Simple, convenient, welcoming, and sparkling clean.

Everything was wonderful!

Would recommend and would stay there again! Stayed there for 2 weeks, end of June to start of July. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were very clean, hotel is quiet, location is exceptional - very close to at least to 2 metro stations, self-serve laundry, bakery, Hertz car rental, train station and a huge number of traditional café-restaurants and creperies serving awesome breakfasts, dinners and lunches. Hotel breakfasts are also delicious, nutritious, beautifully served, and are real life savers if you have to leave for a bus tour early in the morning. Using metro, you can get from hotel to the center of Paris within 20 min, very easy. Montparnasse Tower is also nearby, so it's easy to walk to it, get to 56th floor, drink champagne and see entire Paris from this huge height. Highly recommend to go there and see Eiffel Tower light up at sparkle at 11pm.

Price was a bit steep but I booked too close to the date of the trip. I'd prefer bigger rooms, but with only two carry on suitcases between the two of us, it wasn't a problem.

Did not have breakfast, but enjoyed the room. We had a special occasion and the staff had arranged a nice surprise for us at our room, this was really nice and pleasant start for our visit. Room (Chambre 306) was clean and everything was in working order. Did not try the AC as it was ok temperature, we did open the window once in a while to get some fresh air.

Stairs are steep and narrow, so not a good choice if you are disabled. They have elevator after the first stairs, in the 1st floor.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent location to be very close to Montparnasse station and a big supermarket (both places are good for a last minute souvenir hunting). The receptionists were also quite helpful for their assistance.

The room appeared to be slightly smaller than I expected. I could live with that, but may want to be attentive if you care for the space.

The hotel is in a very nice location, beside a lively and lovely small street with lots of bars and restaurants, but somehow the noise is not disturbing at all in the room. The staff is very kind.

Maybe one thing to improve is having vegetables (any) at breakfast. Meat products, cheese, eggs, yoghurts and pastries are all nice, but I'd expected some vegetables for such a price. It also helps vegetarians like me :).

Totally remodeled 2021. Exceptionally clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage. The hotel is just a three minute walk from Montparnasse Train Station. Public transportation also three minutes. Many great restaurants. Cafe Odessa is excellent! Checkout is at noon, which is nice, with breakfast available till 11:00a. I highly recommend staying at Hotel du Parc Montparnasse and will return when in Paris.
