great location - easy walking distance to Montparnasse station. Lots of places to eat in close walking distance. If you enjoy Breton style crepes there is a street nearby lined with creperies. Excellent coffee shop across the road from hotel called The coffee - if you download their app you can pre order your coffee or you can order on iPad at the counter. Hotel room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. There is a lift in the building if you need it - as usual in Paris the lift is tiny so if you have a lot of luggage you might need to do multiple trips. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was excellent. Extremely close to two metro stations. Important because Monparnasse was needed to go to departure station and other station was needed to go to Notre Dame, Eifel tower, and the Arc. Also great food bazaar on corner park on Saturday. I would definitely stay here next time in Paris. Metro is easy to use. Buy tickets at kiosk in English. first line entry - each one way ticket is 2.50 euros.

No AC. Appears to be relatively normal in some hotels in Europe. Found no AC at non hotels

I loved the room and the hotel. It was very very clean, a tiny room, but I knew it from the photos and also it is Paris, rooms are usually tiny here. It was next to the elevator, but perhaps we were really tired because we didn't hear a thing coming from it. I feel like we stayed in one of the best locations in town, due to it's vicinity to bistroes and coffee shops. Also close to the metro and train station. We went in March, so no need for the AC

The lights in our room were quite dim, but it didn't bother us

Location was good, about 5 minutes walk from couple of metro stations, air conditioner was ok as well which might be important in hot summer days. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but there was a nearby supermarket as well as patisserie and boulangerie which were great! Also good restaurants nearby.

Room was a bit small and probably would not be the best for friends but more suitable for couples. However I'm pretty sure most of the rooms in Paris are pretty small.

The hotel has an amazing location—just a 40-minute walk to the Louvre, and the metro and train station are nearby for easy access to the airport. The area is beautiful and quiet, with a peaceful street setting. There are only five rooms per floor, making it very quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious, with a large bed and a huge blanket. The bathroom was also quite spacious. The staff was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the city.

The only downside was breakfast—I would have liked to see some cheese or vegetables, but for a typical French breakfast, there was a great selection of pastries and drinks. Overall, a great experience!

My sister and I enjoyed a few days in Paris in December, and really appreciated the location of this hotel, as well as the comfortable size of both the bedroom and the bathroom. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests to store luggage (we had many extra bags by the end of our trip) and overall we felt this was an excellent basis for exploring the neighbourhood, also away from the tourist 'traps'.

I think the room could benefit from better lighting and perhaps an upgraded decor, but not really so important overall.

Beautiful property and decoration. Looks like new and everything was spotless. Super comfortable and the staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel is at Montparnasse (14). An amazing location, full of restaurants, creperias, Boulangerie and subways and train stations. Delambre hotel is a place to stay!

The location was great, close to the train station and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Employees were kind and friendly.

Our room was on the fifth floor and the walls were not straight up so it was a little bit uncomfortable walking in the room and bathroom. We had to be careful to not hit our heads.

Super location, Eiffel Tower and Louvre are in walking distance. Room was pretty small but that was to be expected given the location and the price. Staff very pleasant and friendly.

I would suggest to add some fresh cheese selections to the breakfast. This is France after all. Also, fresh towels after the first two days would have been nice.

Very friendly staff, super comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. We were able to extend our stay quite spontaneously without any issues. Room service was also very good and friendly. The hotel is located in a quite vibrant neighbourhood with a lot of bars, cafés, shops and restaurants right arounds the corner. Metro stations are also very close by so getting around was very easy.

Our room was unfortunately quite small.
