Location is excellent (for walking and public transport) and we would come back any time, very close to nice restaurants also. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but they were kind enough to provide us milk late at night for daughter when shops were closed. In general very nice experience in hotel and size of rooms (family room) good for Paris.

There are works in the hotel (from10 am to 5 pm) which for us was not big issue but for others could. After renovation hotel will be even better I am sure but there was loud ventilation in the part of family room where is bunk bed. Fridge in the room will be standard I hope since there was not during our stay.

Entry to hotel was off the street through a lovely quite courtyard. Hotel was undergoing renovations although didn't provide inconvenince. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Hotel room was clean and comfortable with heated towel rail, clothing racks and powerpoints next to bed. Hotel was within walking proximity to resturants, grocery store, bank and train station.

Would highly recommend staying, with minor inconvnience of room central heating being too warm and inability to lower the temperature and the hair dryer didn't work.

The room was spacious, cozy, and recently renovated, with very comfortable beds. The whole hotel was extremely clean, especially the breakfast area, which was spotless and beautifully maintained. Breakfast itself was a highlight—delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was exceptional—everything was nearby, with plenty of great restaurants around, close access to the metro, and many city sights within walking distance, which we really enjoyed. One of the best parts was that the hotel isn’t directly on the street, but tucked inside a lovely, large garden. This made it feel peaceful and secluded from noise, yet the moment you step out of the garden, you’re right in the heart of the city.

Although breakfast was delicious, some trays were already empty even though we arrived about an hour and a half before the end of breakfast time. It seemed like there was only one staff member handling everything, so having at least one more person there could help keep things refilled. We also had an issue with the garage—it was quite tight, and getting to the -3 floor was a bit of a struggle. The path from the garage to the reception area was also quite dirty, likely due to ongoing construction. While it’s great that improvements are being made, I hope once the renovations are finished, more attention will be given to keeping that route clean and in line with the rest of the hotel, which is otherwise very luxurious, cozy, and well-maintained.

The room was nice and clean, but the window was super small overlooking the back yard. All photos on booking, including this room type, contain photos of big windows overlooking the nice inner square. I’ve booked the room a month before the trip, and it was not the last one. Hate when they are given you the worst possible option.

There was some kind of reconstruction inside, one of elevators was out of order, the other one was always busy. Water cooler in the hall was always empty.

The rooms are spacious enough. The bed is large and comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom are clean. The furniture is a little outdated, but that didn't bothered us that much. We had a family room, with one large bed and 1 bunk bed, so enough space for a family of 4 or even 5. The hotel is going through a renovation process. The other family we were with stayed on an upper floor and their room was already renovated and refurbished and it looked considerably nicer than ours. So I would expect that all rooms will be renovated soon. The hotel has a great position, close to metro and the Gare de Montparnasse, with plenty restaurants and cafes around.

As mentioned before, the furniture seemed a bit outdated, but I am sure this problem will be fixed after the renovation is done on all floors.

Great location. Very close to the train station. Very helpful staff member as I arrived late, he couldn't be more accommodating. Lots of places to go around the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and the bath (although narrow) was perfect after a long day and a delayed flight.

Just a small thing but the courtyard was a building site so a horrible view out of my window as it overlooked the courtyard. Maybe just let customers know about this before they arrive as they may be planning to use it.

Comfortable spacious refurbished rooms. Quiet. Views across garden and roofs. As previous guests we really appreciated the new decor. For a 3 star hotel in Paris, it would now be difficult to beat. The location is great with metro direct north to Champs Elysees etc, fab restaurants nearby and helpful reception staff. The underground carpark which we hadn't used before is now a godsend with recent huge increase in street parking charges and spaces being removed. The parking entrance is narrow but perfectly wide enough and high enough for most cars.

Just the perfect neighborhood to stay. We were here the weekend and O couldn’t wait to get back to the hotel, eat a croissant ant the Boulangerie du Dome, choose one of the hundreds restaurants from Montparnasse. The Montparnasse tower is the cherry of the cake. An unbelievable view from the city a 6 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was very nice, the room is small like all the Parisian hotels but some reviews where so bad I was a little confused, when I come back I’ll stay here again, for sure. The fountain is a charm, I can’t say nothing about the breakfast because there are thousands of boulangeries so is almost a crime to eat in the hotel. Not a terror story, you’re not in the US, huge rooms… etc. The bed was super comfortable, the pillow amazing.

This hotel is a great find in downtown Paris. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome right away. I asked for a quiet room and got a nice one on the top floor looking out on a peaceful courtyard. The room was clean and well-furnished, with nice extras like slippers, bathrobes, and other amenities. It's hard to find such a good hotel in central Paris at this price. On paper it's a three-star hotel, but it feels more like a four-star place. You get more than you expect for what you pay. Overall, it's a fantastic deal for anyone visiting Paris. Oh and there are newspapers, always a good sign!

The toilet is a bit claustrophobic.
