The location is so perfect with the Vavin metro station being quite literally a 15 second walk from the hotel where you can get to the Eiffel Tower in 15 minutes. The surrounding area is lovely with everything you need in walking distance and if not just get the train. The staff were very helpful and easy to speak to with me and my partner not speaking a word of French. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re not too bothered about luxury, it’s basic but you have everything you need and can’t beat the price for the location you’re in.

Located just off the main street, quite area. Shop across the road for water, etc. Nice restaurants nearby. Vavin nearest metro line 4, literally 2 minute walk around the corner. We got RER Line 3 train from Charles De Gaule Airport, Port Royale was the stop nearest hotel, only 7 minutes walk. Receptionist was very helpful. Hotel very clean. Mini bar in room, fridge was handy. Air con worked ok. Towels changed daily and room cleaned.

Location was fantastic with vavin metro just around the corner and an abundance of restaurants on your door step. short metro to all parts of the city. Small shop just across the street if you needed anything and a bar right next door. It is a budget hotel but ticks all the boxes for a short stay. Try the La Rotonde restaurant nearby it is excellent and you really feel in Paris when having dinner there.

The lift was the smallest we have ever seen and was a cause of amusement but a potential danger if you needed to get out in a hurry.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. But what really made the difference was the staff — incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They truly made me feel welcome and at home mohamad ✌️👍. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’m definitely coming back!"

Great location! Close to lots of bars and restaurants with great transport links.

Noisy neighbours with rooms being closer together but only noticeable late at night (may have just gotten unlucky with noisy neighbour as only noticed one night of my stay)

Great staff at the reception. Super friendly and helpful. Otherwise the locatiis perfect between the The Park of Luxembourg and a metro station woth great cafés and restaurants downstairs.

There was nothing I didn't like

Pros: Comfy bed, hot shower. Helpful reception. Smiling welcome. We’re offered to keep bags after checkout in luggage room.

No lift. stairs were quirky. Too thin walls, could hear what neighbours were talking. Toilet-shower room combined . Toilet was too compact, was not able to sit properly, it was a nightmare. Area bit scary. The club on the road side was open till late night and couldn’t sleep as I said earlier too thin walls.

Staff were incredibly friendly and informative. The room was clean and toiletries were supplied. You had access to a kitchen even if you did not purchase the breakfast option. Good location next to a few metro and bus stops. There is plenty of food/drink places around. Very quiet location and hotel, was able to get a good nights sleep. The staff happily helped us with our shenanigan of trying to open a wine bottle at night! Would stay again!

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone on the XXL side, the spiral stairs and corridors were really tiny and tight. I've never seen such a small lift in my life too! There is no appliances in the room such as microwave or kettle but you do have access to a kitchen with them. The showers should have some door put on them, during a shower the water runs onto the floor and could easily become a fall hazard.

Price. Location. Cleanless. Staff.

The fact that while showering the water floods the entire bathroom. Staying one night was worth it but due to this bathroom issue if I'd stayed more than one night I would need to dry out the bathroom every time I would shower.

Location was excellent. Loved it. Right near the metro. Right near restaurants and shops. Felt that we were right in the heart of Paris.

The room was tiny. That's not so much of an issue though the space could have been utilised more efficiently with some investment in clever furniture.
