Had an absolute pleasure to stay in Villa Luxembourg. Breakfast was delicious and had something for various tastes. Rooms are in old-fashioned but classy style. The area of the hotel is quiet but also conveniently located to shops, the best creperies and the most importantly - attractions of Paris. But what makes visit at this hotel so special is hotel staff. Helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Some better heating system, we had an air heater in a room but it wasn't enough at night to keep warm.

heating system need renovation, it’s old hotel, but it’s very clean. everyone can book without any doubt, recommended. Breakfast is the same everyday, but it’s enough, only you need go there early in the morning, little later you can stay without bread or eggs😁

Great location near to buses and metro. We had a big balcony with our room on the 7th floor, the fact that we could have a hot bath after a long day of sightseeing was much needed. The staff were great, friendly and willing to help with advice, even the loan of an umbrella

I felt the hotel was a bit tired looking, more so rooms than common areas. Needs renovation, but everything else was fab, so I could look past that.

Ideally located in Paris. Extremely quiet in the room (day and night).

Blocked up sink in the bathroom. No shower head in the bath.

The location was wonderful, close to restaurants (La Coupole was amazing for breakfast, and our children loved the many crepe places on Rue du Montparnasse) and shops and easy to reach the sights. We loved watching the boulevard from our room on the 6th floor.

Unfortunately the airconditioning didn’t work (and by the sounds of it hadn’t worked for some time) which made for uncomfortable nights in the hot weather. The double room was a good size, but the twin room very small.

Excellent location for tourist. Accessible via the metro and buses coming and going. Also the train from/to CDG airport is a few minutes walk. The room is ok for the price we paid, although it looked bigger in the photo.

The TV was placed on the side instead of the wall opposite the bed. I imagine it would be uncomfortable watching like that. But it's just an observation as we barely had time to turn on the TV anyway. I requested for a city view but got inner view. Not a big deal; just so you know.

only a small thing but there maybe could have been music on at breakfast as it was a very quiet atmosphere, and the smart TV didn’t connect so we couldn’t watch shows in English but overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel - great value for money.

The majority of the staff went out of their way to assist us with any issues we had, directions needed, and calling a cab and making sure we got the "to go" breakfast.

One room had everything working. The second room did not have a working shower or tv and the drain was very slow in the bathroom sink. These were all reported to management and would be addressed.

Whatever was the condition of the room the staff kindness made my stay extraordinary all receptionists were helpful and so nice. They are the stars of the hotel

The rooms need to be maintained tv is not properly placed and the kitchen (microwave was not clean)

Our room was really nice - but unfortunately very small, the bed too near to the wardrobe.
