The staff was great!

I didn’t like that you have to leave the key at the front desk every time you go out

Quiet comfort and a “American style”comfortable bed which is unusual for France! We had a lovely view over the streets. The concierge takes your key when you go out and gives it back on your return.

Rooms are right but that is Paris! Suggest travel light. We had 3 bags all carry on size, I can’t imagine how tight it would be with 25kg bags!

The view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were all friendly and helped with any questions we had. The Eiffel Tower was 3 miles away . We just walked instead of getting the metro although the metro station was very near . We liked to walk and stop off in a cafe on the way.

Fantastic wheelchair accessible bathroom! Well thought out. Bernadetta is an absolute asset to the team. She went above and beyond to get us sorted with the right taxi to go get our train. The location is very convenient.

Room a little close to reception but on balance the positives out way this negative.

The hotel is particularly good!The staff was particularly warm and attentive, we arrived late and the front desk was waiting for us.Accommodation environment is also very good, create a very soft and comfortable, the only shortcoming is that the bathroom does not have a curtain to cover, my friends and I in the shower will be sitting on the other side of the bed hahahaha, but it does not matter.The hotel location is also particularly good, to the Louvre, Osei Museum are very close to the metro entrance bus stop is also very close.The room was quiet and safe, slept comfortably and had a great time, and there was free luggage storage at the front desk.All in all it was just extraordinarily, extraordinarily good!I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Paris ！！！！

Perfect location to explore Paris. Walking distance to Vavin subway station. Lot of places to eat and drink within 5 minutes. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and can speak English.

Room is on the small side with no mini fridge. You can hear people talking on street in the morning. Unfortunately for us there was some construction going at the time, which made things even worse in terms of noises. Of course, it wasn't nothing the hotel could do about it.

Highly recommend this property, not just for the convenient location but also for the friendly staff. Day and night, each of the front desk managers greeted us, helped us with the endless questions, and were very approachable. The room was spacious for two, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The location, with its proximity to the metro and the bus stations, is a plus. The neighbourhood was very safe.

Location was close to the metro station so we were able to wheel our bags to the property relatively easily despite our large bags. Rooms were small but then thats the same across Paris so cant really fault them. Staff was excellent amd went out of their way to cater to our requests. they were also very helpful with places to eat and sights we could see in the short time we were in paris. the location was close to many restaurants so it was easy to get good food around.

I would like to say bigger rooms but given its Paris everything was great

Stylish Rooms are compact - a bit more than a Japanese hotel - but well equipped, very clean, comfortable bed, very small refrigerator, good water pressure and AC. Location is perfect, not in crowded tourist hot spot, relaxing, farmers market short walk away, easy access walk to museums and Gare Montparnasse for further traveling. Groceries and cafes less than a block.

Small fridge
