Great hotel in Montparnasse! Amazing that it is literally a few steps away from the metro 'Raspail' and you can get anywhere in pairs under 20 min Quiet side street so minimal level of outside noise We had a great view of Montparnasse tower the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, we were able to keep the luggage on our last day in the closets in the lobby we did not have breakfast, but you dont need to as nearby is a superb bakery called Boulangerie 2M where you can get delicious pastries every morning. Recommend! The hotel gave us a lovely anniversary suprise - a free room upgrade (deluxe) and a bottle of champagne. Merci beaucoup!

I cannot fault the hotel for anything as at this price point it was a bargain and the location was perfect. If I have to nitpick, I would say that the hallway is very tight and sometimes you can hear other people, but that was never noticeably annoying for us. (We had to use earplugs a bit) Also, our shower door could not close completely and it was sometimes difficult to open, but since we were busy and exhausted from Paris at the end of each day we have not reported it as it was not a big issue for us.

This was my first time staying in this neighborhood, and I really enjoyed it! The metro is just a short walk away, which made getting around super easy. There are also plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and markets nearby, & it’s close to some great tourist spots. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable for the price. I also liked that it had a window, it was nice being able to check the weather right from the room. The bathroom was decent, though the sink was pretty small just enough for brushing your teeth, but you can still manage to wash your face. Free toiletries and towels were provided, which was a nice touch. Overall, the bed was comfy, and I had a great stay!

Bathroom is sink is small, it could be improved if renovations are possible.

I chose this hotel because of the location in a very nice neighborhood, close to good metro connections, also nice walking distance to most of the attractions (if you like to walk), far from all the madness of others parts of the city, but still enough good bars and restaurants close by. Nice staff, clean room, although a bit small but for us it was just perfect.

we did not ask for cleaning, but we did ask for toilet paper on the 4th day of our staying, and they gave only one roll with words: come by if you need more. It is pretty inconvenient to ask for the toilet paper when in need and not having it enough in advance.

Perfect location, right next to Metro Raspail, with excellent restaurants and the delightful Luxembourg Gardens nearby yet in a peaceful and non-touristy area. Super wifi. Love the Istria's links with surrealist artists. It's my third visit to this good value characterful hotel and won't be my last.

Everyone was woken up by a rogue fire alarm one night, I was disappointed staff didn't take the time to explain what had happened.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Very centrally located and convenient to both the M6 and Rer train to the airport and many other desirable locations. A few good cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance as are the catacombs. We arrived quite late at night and initially, our lights didn't work but the manager fixed the problem immediately. Would stay here again!

The elevator and shower were super tiny. Could be challenging for someone with a lot of luggage (internal or external haha).

Great location if you want to explore Hemingway's Paris. Luxembourg park in a walking distance. The quarter is nice in the night and day. You can explore both tourist and local vibes in this quarter.

Rooms are small, which makes moving within the room quite uncomfortable. Do not recommend to come with a big luggage. For short time stay with small luggage, and if you mostly stay out, this is a perfect place.

Good location, friendly and very helpful staff, good room size and amenities.

Luggage storage is a bit of a joke, it's just a cupboard right at the entrance and it's forever full with people putting their bags in the most inefficient way possible. I haven't had a chance to try breakfast so can't comment on this. Otherwise a really good hotel that I would book again when I am in Paris

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The room was small but comfortable with every amenity one would need. There was coffee and tea making facilities in the room and in the lobby. There is TV, fridge and hairdryer also. The wifi is very good. The area is nice. It is right beside the metro, and down the street from an area full of shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Jardin du Luxembourg. A lovely stay.

I enjoyed eveything! It was perfect accommodation for my 2 days in Paris.

Hotel is really close to the RER which comes directly from CDG airport. Its also right next to a metro stop which gives you access to the rest of the city. Really close to great cafes, restaurants, boulangeries and a few places to get drinks. The area is far enough from the tourist traps that its not excessive to eat out here

The room was quite small compared to what I expected but otherwise there is really nothing to complain about

love the room, felt it was a really good size for Paris and its price. facilities was fine - has all the basic things you would need but nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was fantastic - so accommodating and willing to help. :)

walls are thin and super easy to hear other rooms, but its not that big of a deal, i didnt really mind
