Great room. Nice staff Good location Nice decoration

Bathroom needed some fixes (window, paint on the walls and door, bath tub was jammed) Breakfast was ok but not great. Scrambled eggs were not good.

The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. It is conveniently located across the street from a metro station. The café next-door on the street corner has a great breakfast for €12 which includes a croissant, fresh squeezed orange juice, a cappuccino, and a small breakfast size baguette with butter. My daughter and I split one of these each day because it had what we each wanted. She had the croissant and orange juice, and I had the bread and cappuccino so pretty cheap breakfast for Paris!

Most of the lights in our room, including the bathroom, didn’t work for the first day and a half. I should’ve let the staff know sooner because they fixed it immediately once they were aware. I thought we should try to solve the problem first. It turned out a breaker was flipped somewhere and they had to reset it. Also, be aware that there is a nightly tax for each person over the age of 18, which I wasn’t aware of because I thought all fees and taxes were included in the booking.com price. Just a sidenote. I think it was €16 per person per night.

Excellent location right next to the Metro and also on the line for the Eiffel Tower and Gare du Nord. Next to restaurants and bars. Quiet and peaceful during the night. The mini bar had complimentary items including Pringles, a beer, a coke and an orange juice. Water was refilled upon your request. Air conditioning was brilliant and much needed during our stay. Clean bedding. Clean and spacious bathroom with a bath, separate shower and double sinks.

We had 3 adults staying in the room and the bedroom was very cramped with the sofa bed out. There was no room at the end of the two main beds to get round to the window side of the room. I felt the price we paid was too much given the room space and the fact that breakfast was not included. Most of the staff were lovely but one staff member was quite rude when I filled up my water bottle from the "honesty" fridge without realising I had to bring down my glass bottle from my room in order to do this.

Really nice hotel with convenient location (Rotonda restaurant is very near as well as numerous other cafes and shops. The hotel is just 10-12 min walking distance from Le Bon Marche). Originally we booked just a double room but on arrival were upgraded to a family room - for free, which was absolutely amazing as the room is essentially bigger and even has cute wardrobe room. We stayed the second time in the hotel, and both times the rooms were very nice and clean, and I love their bath robes and pillows so much!:) I would like emphasize that the stuff is exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Really gives you this holistically positive experience with the hotel. Definitely recommend the place and will continue to return by ourselves!:)

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a fantastic choice for exploring Paris. The location was excellent, just takes 2 min walk from Raspail station and less than 10 mins from the Catacombs! It was easy to access various tourist spots in Paris, and the airport express was also nearby. The hotel is in the 14th district, a very safe area with plenty of great bakeries and restaurants. The hotel itself was wonderfu :D The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home during these 4 days! Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean every day. We had a queen bed and a bathtub, and the room had a nice street view. Even though it faced the road, it was completely quiet once we closed the window.

The price is higher than in other cities (and doesn’t include breakfast), but that’s expected, especially during Valentine’s. The quality and service made it worth it!

We stay here every time we visit Paris. The location is ideal. A short walk from Montparnasse train station and a block from nos 4 and 6 Metro station. 10 minutes walk from a station that will get you either on the Orly bus or the RER B to CDG. On a street with many very good cafes and just a block from some historic restaurants like Le Dome. Other nearby spots offer excellent food at reasonable (Paris) prices. Bright and cheerful rooms are totally updated. Plenty of hot water, clean as can be, small elevator if you don't like stairs. The staff is friendly and helpful but unobtrusive - efficient and very kind. We recommend this hotel to our friends and they now also stay here regularly.

There is noise from the street with the windows open on that side. But with windows closed, it is very quiet.

The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful, and so are the breakfast staff. Housekeeping staff were courteous. The hotel location is exactly what i was looking for. Metro lines 4 and 6 are within a 30 second walk, there are plenty of restaurants on the same street like la relais de l'entrecote and others, within walking distance. Rue de Rennes which is my favorite shopping street is a 10 minute walk. Everything was so convenient. Room size was fine and big in Paris standards. in general, you get your money's worth with the location and the room size. no attractions are within walking distance but the metro itself is an experience in paris and lines 4 and 6 take you everywhere. we are happy with this hotel choice.

I would have liked an early check in as we traveled nonstop for over 15 hours from across the Atlantic. We asked for early check in for a payment and there was no accommodation . I offered to book a room for the previous night and we were not given any options, although i could see that there were actually still empty rooms in the hotel on booking.com. In a city like Paris to which people sometimes travel to visit from very far, it would be appreciated if there is some flexibility with early check ins even if it is not for free. Breakfast choices are a little limited for 20 euro so we opted out.

New, large and comfortable bed, good sound isolation, convenient location, room well equipped.

Location is a 1-2 minute walk the Raspail Metro Station entrance as well. There is luggage storage at the front desk if required and a nice lobby seating area. The hotel is attached to a sister restaurant Maison Edgar with indoor and outdoor seating that is open throughout the day. Rooms are accessed by way of a small lift for 2 people or a winding staircase, typical of old residential buildings in Paris. My suite was just like the photos and descriptions provided. It included a nicely decorated bedroom with plenty of space, a bathroom with shower and bath as well as a detached toilet closet and entryway with closet, fridge, kettle and safe. The suite was very comfortable and made for a nice place to relax after long days out in the city.

This is an amazing boutique hotel, very colour ful and tasteful decorated,with wonderful staff, that are very helpful, speak enough English for being very helpful. Breakfast and service are amazing. Location is about 100m/y from metro line 4 and on the ground floor there is a restaurant (chez Edgar) not owned by the the hotel which is fabulous for when you come home to your special room with blisters from your travels, you will find this close at hand, and where the meals are fabulous and staff is great. We have found our hotel and evening restaurant in Paris for years to come. We understood that many guests were as well ‘habitués’.
