Great room. Nice staff Good location Nice decoration

Bathroom needed some fixes (window, paint on the walls and door, bath tub was jammed) Breakfast was ok but not great. Scrambled eggs were not good.

The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. It is conveniently located across the street from a metro station. The café next-door on the street corner has a great breakfast for €12 which includes a croissant, fresh squeezed orange juice, a cappuccino, and a small breakfast size baguette with butter. My daughter and I split one of these each day because it had what we each wanted. She had the croissant and orange juice, and I had the bread and cappuccino so pretty cheap breakfast for Paris!

Most of the lights in our room, including the bathroom, didn’t work for the first day and a half. I should’ve let the staff know sooner because they fixed it immediately once they were aware. I thought we should try to solve the problem first. It turned out a breaker was flipped somewhere and they had to reset it. Also, be aware that there is a nightly tax for each person over the age of 18, which I wasn’t aware of because I thought all fees and taxes were included in the booking.com price. Just a sidenote. I think it was €16 per person per night.

Friendly receptionist gave us an early check-in to our suite, which was much appreciated! The rooms are well-designed with lovely details and were kept spotlessly clean throughout our 3-night stay. Good beds, quiet and effective aircon. Nice that the first round in the minibar is included. Great area, walking distance from smaller, less busy museums (Giacometti, Zadkine and more), Jardins du Luxembourg and some iconic brasseries on the Blvd. Montparnasse. Nice bakery just across the road and bus stop & metro Raspail about 30 m from hotel entrance. We had a wonderful stay! Thanks :))

Our room was rather small but sufficient for our weekend stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. We had a nice view of Montparnasse from our French balcony (our room was on the 3rd floor). The air conditioner was very quiet and kept the room pleasantly cool. We particularly appreciated how quiet the room was — we didn’t hear any traffic noise at night. Breakfast selection was abundant - French pastry, yoghurt, muesli, smoked salmon, ham, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon and eggs. The location is also good - the metro station is just a few hundred meters away but we preferred walking - about 35 minutes to Place de la Concorde or 30 minutes to Louvre.

Crepes were served cold.

Overall, the stay was very very nice, we highly recommend this hotel for couples and small families ! - Staff was very helpful and kind. - Location was amazing, as we were a few meters from a metro station that includes 2 lines. - A few cafés and terasses available for eating and taking a rest all over the street - Very calm location - Room decor and confort were very nice.

Careful if you leave the window open around the first or second floor, especially if it is directly on the street. Many people love to smoke (i mean, we ARE in France after all) but the smell can linger into the room if the windows unfortunately.

Excellent location right next to the Metro and also on the line for the Eiffel Tower and Gare du Nord. Next to restaurants and bars. Quiet and peaceful during the night. The mini bar had complimentary items including Pringles, a beer, a coke and an orange juice. Water was refilled upon your request. Air conditioning was brilliant and much needed during our stay. Clean bedding. Clean and spacious bathroom with a bath, separate shower and double sinks.

We had 3 adults staying in the room and the bedroom was very cramped with the sofa bed out. There was no room at the end of the two main beds to get round to the window side of the room. I felt the price we paid was too much given the room space and the fact that breakfast was not included. Most of the staff were lovely but one staff member was quite rude when I filled up my water bottle from the "honesty" fridge without realising I had to bring down my glass bottle from my room in order to do this.

Excellent location for public transport links. Close to Tour Montparnasse and within walking distance to Jardin du Luxembourg. We had a two-room suite, which meant that our daughter could sleep in her own room with the bathroom between us. Beds were comfortable. There were complimentary drinks from the mini-bar for the first night, and free water refills from the kitchen throughout our stay.. Overall, rooms was well furnished and of a reasonable size for Paris.

Really nice hotel with convenient location (Rotonda restaurant is very near as well as numerous other cafes and shops. The hotel is just 10-12 min walking distance from Le Bon Marche). Originally we booked just a double room but on arrival were upgraded to a family room - for free, which was absolutely amazing as the room is essentially bigger and even has cute wardrobe room. We stayed the second time in the hotel, and both times the rooms were very nice and clean, and I love their bath robes and pillows so much!:) I would like emphasize that the stuff is exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Really gives you this holistically positive experience with the hotel. Definitely recommend the place and will continue to return by ourselves!:)

Location was brilliant. From the airport it was easy to get to by train and metro. The hotel was very close to the metro with good links to many destinations. The room was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you needed. The bed was huge and comfortable.

The 20 euro breakfast. We didn’t try it so can’t comment on what was included. However, I’d have liked the option of just having a pastry and coffee.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a fantastic choice for exploring Paris. The location was excellent, just takes 2 min walk from Raspail station and less than 10 mins from the Catacombs! It was easy to access various tourist spots in Paris, and the airport express was also nearby. The hotel is in the 14th district, a very safe area with plenty of great bakeries and restaurants. The hotel itself was wonderfu :D The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home during these 4 days! Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean every day. We had a queen bed and a bathtub, and the room had a nice street view. Even though it faced the road, it was completely quiet once we closed the window.

The price is higher than in other cities (and doesn’t include breakfast), but that’s expected, especially during Valentine’s. The quality and service made it worth it!
