I was a bit worried after booking this hotel after reading all the low reviews on this hotel however, me and my partner thought it was great. Spacious rooms, a balcony, clean bathroom. Great location too. The hotel was like a 10 minute walk to the tram stop and on the way, there are restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy etc. there’s also a park near by too. On our last day (Wednesday) we were surprised by a little market that popped up right outside Bistro Charl'Yvonne. They were selling fresh fruits and different cuisines. The nice man even let us try a bit of fruit for free!

Not really a dislike but We didn’t end up paying for breakfast as me and my partner personally prefer a hot savoury buffet style and at this hotel they only provided French sweet continental breakfast which we personally ain’t a fan of :)

Nice hotel is located far from the city center however the price was good

Reluctant personnel, poor knowledge of English, don’t want to discuss problem - I was sure I ordered stay with breakfast, however by the receptionist I wasn’t. I was asked to pay for 2 persons 20 Eur for breakfast, which definitely wasn’t worth it. There was empty plates, no ham, no cheese, 2 yoghurts and 1 baguette.

The rooms were spacious,clean,and you could adjust the heating.We had breakfast,which was good.There are good and affordable shops and bakeries nearby.There are also two beautiful parks to enjoy with or without children.

The part of the city is not particularly interesting,an it isn't so well connected ( however,a new line of metro is being built)

We booked one suite and one standard room. Service team was very kind to us. hotel is near to one regional train station RER (not Metro!). It stops at Tour Eiffel in about 15 minutes. there was one nice mall Quarz by walking distance and several restaurants. one small supermarket is on same street. Both rooms were cleaned every day.

Standard Room was good. Suite was not as I was expecting, which I told to hotel team. There was no table for us to sit together. No water heater. So we bought one to prepare our coffee and tea. Sofa bed in our suite was quite old. even it was quite comfortable.

The staff very professional and the location is good. Also safe place with free internal parking.

Need some renovation about little things but it was ok.

Requested early check-in and was approved for this but then was not able to check in early when we arrived; staff were unfriendly, location (far from Paris city centre); no water available for sale (sold out)

I would like more welcome tradition in the hotel

The personnel we met was not really open to the guest. Lacking of professional attitudes.

Big room, bathroom and beds. The hotel is also close to the Quartz Shopping and restaurants

The breakfast could be a bit more varied

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful

No bar or restsurant open. It was quite a distance from any tourist sights and very little near by.
