the location is good thanks above all to the proximity of the RER station which allows you to reach various tourist sites and various subways, a quiet, clean and well-served area, the room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and outdoor space for the dogs. in the kitchen despite a large space a few more pieces of furniture would have been useful, a toilet in the shower room would have also been useful, the shower could have had a larger glass to avoid wetting the floor and it was quite slippery

Very easy check in and the room was clean and comfortable. For me, the location was good as it was a five minute walk to my office. As a tourist, the location is also good as it is two blocks from a train station with lines that run through the center of Paris

For the price, I would have appreciated a free breakfast included with the stay. Many other hotels in the same general area include breakfast with a similarly priced stay

The stay was good. The property has everything that is needed for a short stay in Paris. Nearby you can find markets and the metro station. Everything was good. You will not have a lot of space in the room, but you will feel comfortable. The internet was great, appreciate that, as in other properties it is a problem.

Well, it is probably a personal issue. Our flight was changed, so we had to stay one night less as planned. We asked the property to confirm the change of dates, almost one month before the stay. We received a message on booking.com confirming the change of the reservation, but the funds return was not received. It is a pity, as the money for one night was approximately 70 euro.

Nice green space behind. Balcony with table and chairs. Clean. Great location near grocery, Restaurant, bakery and train station.

The location was great, lots of parks for children to play, easy access to central Paris. Lots of nice restaurants (Gabin was very good). The room was lovely and bright, with air conditioning, nice balcony area, very happy and helpful front desk staff. Parking was easy and secure, 15 euros a night. I would recommend and stay again.

Nothing really.

I enjoyed how well equiped kitchen was and also a great WiFi speed. I was even able to have 2h long Zoom meeting with no problems at all. It was clean, friendly and easy to get to the City center by train. 3 min to get to the Station an around 15 min to get to Paris. Also no insects were found, everything is clean both in the City and hotel. 10 / 10. I will come back again.

room was pretty small but its all right with us. Wardrobe door was a piece of chipboard for some reason, but it anyhow influenced our experience.

The reseption lady ( Europeanise ) was very good she is helpfull and very kind and talking many languages which is professional work, when we left we couldn’t see her because of the night but I wanted to tell thanks for her service. the rooms are clean is good

the hot water problem, if used 1 or 2 times for shower after no hot water. The night reseptions doesnt want to have any responsibility. if u ask any request or questions they can’t do any and why ?

There was a problem when we first arrived. We had reserved a family room for 7. However their rooms only have beds for 6. Booking.com says upto 9, but rooms only hold up to 6 (plus a baby crib). However the manger resolved the situation. Many thanks to Alpna. He solved the situation so we were all happy. Additionally, their breakfast is great. It is fair in price and great in quality and abundant in choices.

The location was great. In a lovely quite neighbourhood right near the train station only a couple of stops to the Eiffel Tower. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. The breakfast was fine, a few different options. The rooms were a good size. we were travelling with 2 adults an 11 year old and a 1 year old. there was plenty of room for all of us! The staff were awesome! All very friendly!

The rooms weren’t serviced.

The room was very comfortable. It was a good place to spend a week in Paris.

It was not easy to reach the apartment in the evening by public transport.
